The laundry room has commercial-grade LG washer and dryer machines; my clothes were dry in just 20 minutes on a medium setting. Right outside on the first floor is the Xin'an River Green Way, where you can see egrets flying over the river in the early morning. The Xin'an River is especially beautiful at sunset, so I highly recommend booking a river view room. There's also a restaurant called "Songlin Bieyuan" on the first floor, which offers great food at reasonable prices."

The app is actually pretty good and improves operational efficiency. The stream water was quite yellow though, otherwise, it would have been perfect! There was also a very rude woman while we were swimming; to save money, she didn't buy a swim cap for her child and ignored the staff's warnings, insisting on getting into the water... The hotel should blacklist people like that."

And there's an infinity pool, which the kids love to play in. We went swimming at 11 am, and there was an uncle cleaning the pool while a lifeguard was supervising. It was a very fun trip!"

It is exquisite and elegant. The breakfast is rich. The pickled mustard tuber made by the cooking sister is so delicious. The location of the B&B is superb. The front door is the ancient city tower. You can walk along the river after lunch. The confluence of the three rivers has a magnificent view. Behind is the old street. Snacks are all you can eat for 30 yuan. Almost every restaurant is delicious and affordable. Before checking out, the cute and gentle lady specially made a small bonsai Nandina domestica for my mother, just because my mother liked it when she entered the door. I was so moved and felt as warm as going home. I wish the store a prosperous business and a lot of money!😘"

"While on our way to Wuyuan, we chose to stay at the Wenlan Hotel Jiande Hangzhou (Xin'anjiang Branch) for two nights during our stopover in Jiande, Hangzhou. We were extremely satisfied and considered it an excellent value. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our city view room to a river view room for free. Standing on the balcony, the panoramic view of the Xin'an River was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, proactively offering guidance on local attractions and dining. Each day, they even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and beverages. The room was clean and bright, with new equipment and fast internet. What was even more touching was that from the lobby to the guest rooms, every employee greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, all of excellent quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. This is truly a hidden gem among quality hotels; their diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service, combined with their standard operations, truly speaks for itself – they don't need praise, just satisfied guests. We really struck gold with this find, and we highly recommend it!"
