"Pros: This is an economy hotel. The location is its biggest highlight; it's incredibly convenient for visiting various attractions nearby, very close to Shaoxing Station and the subway. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is abundant; though it's all basic fare, there's both Chinese and Western options, and a full selection of drinks and yogurt. The rooftop outdoor dining area is very comfortable. Cons: The upgraded rooms (those ending in 10 or 11) have huge pillars inside. Guests planning to stay here should either decline the upgrade or book a higher-grade room. The 'Quiet Elegant King Room (no window)' is extremely small, so small that if the bathroom door is open, you can't walk past it. The bathroom itself is also tiny, with no separate wet and dry areas, and the shower controls are a bit peculiar, making showering inconvenient. Double Self-Service Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea is self-serve in the lobby. There's a dried vegetable pastry (gan cai su bing) that was delicious; I even bought more from a scenic spot later to take home."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable bedding – perfect for business travelers! The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front desk offered 24-hour printing services. The mattress provided great support, and with breakfast available at 6 AM, catching an early flight was stress-free. Even the grout between the tiles was sparkling clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff. A minor flaw with the toothbrush didn't detract from an otherwise superb experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering tourist guides. This place offers incredible value for money; I highly recommend it!"

First off, the location is fantastic – less than a five-minute walk to the metro station and within walking distance to several attractions. The room was clean, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was so warm and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The package even included a complimentary bottle of rice wine, and because I returned late one evening, she remembered to warm it up for me – truly heartwarming! This would be my top choice for any future visits to Shaoxing."

"I chose this hotel because of its professional and personalized service. This time, I stayed at the Shaoxing One Thousand and One Nights Courtyard Hotel. I traveled from Shanghai to Shaoxing and arrived before 11 AM, but they still arranged for me to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local delicacies and attractions. Any issues I encountered during my stay were promptly resolved. On my last day, they kindly reminded me about the check-out time, and even offered us bottled water as we were leaving. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, but the service is even more attentive and thoughtful. The hotel is also within walking distance to various attractions, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very pleasant stay overall."

The lobby was luxuriously decorated, and the King Koil mattresses, as expected of high-end hotels, were incredibly soft, comfortable, and supportive, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room facilities were excellent, with convenient smart controls; the Tmall Genie made my hands-free. The refrigerator kept things cool, and the late-night noodles were a welcome comfort. The service was impeccable, and I had a wonderful time. The breakfast was plentiful, and when I needed ice, the staff quickly provided it. They even brought water upon check-out. The hotel also offers car wash service, free laundry, and robot delivery to my room – the service was comprehensive and attentive."

"The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money."

"寒假的第二站打卡紹興，提前預訂了這家酒店的鳥巢360°陽台房。其實到達之後個人感覺還是選擇180°鳥巢房比較合適，因為360°陽台房在三樓，其實這個陽台也沒有什麼太大的意義，因為沒有電梯，所以行李要搬到三樓。旋轉式的樓梯爬上去也是挺累的，但是整個酒店的環境還是非常的不錯，早餐是要到前面酒店的二樓餐廳去吃的，可以選擇自己開車過去，或者讓別墅酒店的接駁車送過去。其實走走也不算特別的遠。酒店送的遊玩門票，説實話如果是自己花錢進去的話其實真的覺得不值。我們選擇的是室內的遊樂場，兩天的聯票，但是衹去了一天。因為那個室內的遊樂場説實話也很冷，而且那個波波球池子的波波球很多都乾癟了，看上去又少又臟。"

"How to put this... it was my first time trying a Xiangye Ersheng hotel, and if it's considered the top boutique B&B in Shaoxing, I'm a little disappointed. Firstly, the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and welcoming. They contacted me in advance, added me on WeChat, and informed me of important details and activity bookings. The mini-program for bookings had some bugs and wasn't very user-friendly. Once on-site, I felt that apart from the hot spring, other activities didn't really need pre-booking. We brought back some food from the city center for lunch, and the staff thoughtfully heated it up and brought it to our room in the evening. However, during a fully booked weekend, I really felt that the staff might have been overwhelmed. It seemed like they were busy at the front desk one moment, then in the restaurant, then the kitchen, etc. Perhaps there weren't enough staff during the holiday season. At breakfast, there was also a shortage of tableware (plates, cups), likely because they were too busy to wash them in time. The food portions were decent, and the overall taste was on the lighter side. My worst experience was that several areas of the B&B were undergoing renovations during our stay. I can understand renovations during weekdays when there are fewer people, but having construction work during the day on a fully booked weekend, with loud drilling noises audible from the room and while walking by the stream outside, was a really poor experience. This is why I can only give three stars for environment and facilities. (After I mentioned the drilling noise near our room shortly after checking in, the staff did address it, and it changed to quieter tapping sounds, but the drilling started again the next day.) Finally, the B&B is pet-friendly, and I imagine many people choose it for that reason, bringing their pets along for a vacation. The area being renovated in front of our room was reportedly a dedicated washing area for pets. However, if you're not particularly fond of small animals, you might want to reconsider booking. We encountered many small dogs during our two-day, one-night stay, and sometimes dogs can be noisy. Some might even get off-leash and get excited, so if you're sensitive to that, you should think carefully. I hope to experience a different Xiangye Ersheng next time."
