The taxi drop-off point is at the main entrance of the hot spring area, and you'll need to walk (about 3 minutes) to the main lobby to check in. Upon check-in, you're assigned a butler who will add you on WeChat and send useful information about the resort, such as Wi-Fi details, hot spring hours, and breakfast buffet times. Guests staying at the hotel receive two hot spring tickets per room, for two separate visits. The first visit can be used on the day of check-in until 12 AM. The second visit is if you check out before 10 AM the next day, you can use the tickets until 6 PM. The tickets are linked to the ID cards used for check-in, so anyone planning to go to the hot springs needs to register their ID at check-in. A 500 deposit is required at check-in. Any consumption in the hot spring area can be charged to this deposit, or paid separately. The deposit refund upon checkout was very quick. 4.
