"My fifth stay at this beautiful hotel, and I can honestly say that I never think of staying anywhere else whenever I visit Istanbul. It has truly become my home away from home. From the moment I arrive, I am always welcomed with the same exceptional warmth, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail. This time, I was especially touched to find such a thoughtful gesture of hospitality waiting for me in my room before my arrival. It was such a beautiful surprise and made me feel truly valued and appreciated. The location is simply unbeatable just steps away from Galataport and perfectly situated close to Istanbul’s most beautiful attractions, restaurants, cafés, and all the services you may need. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the people. The service is exceptional, the reception team is incredibly welcoming, the hotel is spotless, and every member of the team goes above and beyond to offer help with genuine kindness and care. My heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and to every single member of the team, without exception. And a very special thank you to Ayaa for her kindness, warmth, and wonderful hospitality. Your efforts and attention to detail truly make a difference, and they never go unnoticed. Thank you for always making me feel at home and for creating such a warm and memorable experience every time I stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit. You have a truly wonderful team, and you all deserve the very best. ❤️"

"The hotel left me with mixed feelings. On its own, it's genuinely good: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, daily housekeeping, no issues with shower water, and stable Wi-Fi throughout the property. The staff is very polite and responsive, and there are Russian-speaking employees. When we asked to change rooms, it was done quickly and without any hassle. However, there's one huge drawback that ruined the entire stay. For the first three nights, we stayed in room 1001 on the first floor. Directly beneath the windows is the 'Gagarin' bar, where music and noise continue practically until five in the morning. It was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. Furthermore, due to its proximity to the reception, everything happening in the corridor was perfectly audible. In the room itself, the toilet was also slightly leaking. After moving to a different building, it became noticeably quieter, but complete silence was still elusive. For those who come for an active vacation and just want a good night's sleep in the evening, this could be a serious problem. The breakfasts are quite decent, but without much variety – a solid 4 out of 5 in my opinion. Overall, I'd rate the hotel a 4 out of 5. It has an excellent location, good rooms, and wonderful staff. But I personally won't return for one reason only: I couldn't get a decent night's sleep here. It's a real shame, because in all other respects, the hotel truly deserves a high rating. The photos only show the bed from the first room, it's definitely half a meter high, very tall and comfortable 😅 and everything else is from the other building, right next to the descent to the dining hall, where all the cooking was perfectly audible from around 6 AM :("

"For my stay, I faced a problem with the bathroom. The bathtub was blocked and all the water go out the bathroom so I asked to solve the problem and unfortunately they forgot to see it until I came back in night they send someone in the midnight to fix it,"

"The hotel's location is convenient – major attractions are nearby. The room was cozy and clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and there was tea and coffee on the table. The breakfast was delicious, and they tried to vary the dishes. The staff was responsive."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We chose it for its location (the Galata area is our favorite) and stylish design. The first time, the hotel made an excellent impression. This time, we didn't book in advance; we made the reservation directly at the hotel, which might be why the room was cleaned in a hurry. Upon entering, we found a clump of hair on the floor. The toilet flush button was cracked. And when I looked up, I saw a dead fly inside the lamp shade. But these minor issues didn't spoil our stay. Last time, we had breakfast – it was quite varied and everything was fresh."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Istiklal Avenue. It's close to the metro station and attractions. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. I recommend staying in a sea view room, preferably facing the 5006 direction. If you're looking to save some money, a standard room is fine too; the breakfast is on the top floor and offers an even better view than the sea view rooms. The room itself was a little small and felt a bit cramped. However, it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. There were a few minor issues: the bathroom door handle and various corners throughout the room were quite sharp and could easily cause scratches, so you need to be careful."

"I rarely write reviews, but the gap between expectation and reality here was just too wide. We were assigned a room on the first floor overlooking a construction site or a work yard, where staff were fixing things, making it impossible to open the window. But the worst part was the complete lack of soundproofing in the room! We could hear the service staff talking in the hallway and our neighbors checking out and closing their doors. The bathroom door was also just for show; you could hear every movement. And considering the toilet broke on the second day and started leaking water, we slept to the sound of running water. Neither the toilet lid, nor two towels placed on it, nor even a closed door helped to muffle the sound. The BIGGEST disappointment was that the hotel advertises breakfast on the terrace, but in reality, when we went to get our plates to go out to the open summer terrace, the staff told us we couldn't have breakfast there and they don't serve it there. When I asked 'why?', the manager replied that 'everyone would want to go there then.' I said, 'Great, it has a beautiful view!' to which I was told, 'It's against the rules, we don't serve there.' At the reception, they just shrugged, as if to say 'we don't know anything, take it up with the restaurant manager.' Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The only pleasant things about it are its view and location."
