"The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, right above the famous Fremont Street, so the location is excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded us for free to a more spacious and quieter room with two queen beds in the North Tower, and complimentary parking was included. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience 👍"

"Every time I go to a Vegas exhibition, I stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that the complimentary bottled water is ridiculously small. When I asked the front desk for more, I joked that the water was for babies, and the guy at the front desk even laughed and agreed! Plus, it's limited to four bottles per request. The first time I stayed, I couldn't stand it and just drank the Evian from the minibar – it was so much more satisfying to have a proper-sized bottle. The hotel's surroundings are very lively, with various stores and restaurants just across the street, making for a pleasant evening stroll."

"I was with my family stayed there  Asked for baby crib for our room suite  They brought it next day  And air condition was not working right  I asked to switch room  They told take everything out from room and come back and talk to them  I told the gentleman right now I somewhere to be I will come back and speak to front desk after  Behind they ended up changed my room with out my permission  And also I had a appointment to be somewhere  Since my garage parking was paid  It would not let me know out of parking so I ended misssing appointment  I call for customer service since I have baby who eats baby food  Bed sheet got dirty  I call at 2 pm and requested house keep 10 hrs I came back to room and room still had dirty bad sheet and it was 12.30am  My kids were sleepy  And call front desk like 3 times after and they kept telling me we request it already n I have to wait  Till some1 shows  And argue with and tell my kids are sleepy and it’s late  Over all bad experience at ceaser place"

"Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed."

"The studio room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't huge, but had pretty much everything you'd need. The bathroom was compact but very functional. I liked the private corridor entrance on the first floor; it felt comfortable and secure, and you needed a card to access the corridors and elevators. The Chinese noodle restaurant inside the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. Lunch was a little over $18, with several options. I tried the beef noodles and stir-fried rice noodles, both were delicious and very generous portions. I highly recommend the handmade pizza near the Uber pickup point. There are plenty of shops around the hotel, including a Coca-Cola store and an M&M's store. The only downside was that the hotel's entertainment area was freezing; the AC was on full blast. I'd suggest bringing a warm jacket if you plan to go there."

"Located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, about $20 from the airport. The hotel lobby is right inside the entrance, which is very convenient. I used the 'sandwich trick' to get an upgraded room with a view (Eiffel Tower, pool, fountain view), but the windows were so incredibly dirty that you couldn't really appreciate the scenery up close – what a waste! The room itself was very large, but there were far too few power outlets, nowhere near enough for travelers to charge their devices. There was only one chair and a small table (less than half-sized). If you had a second person, they either had to stand or sit on the bed. When I asked the front desk if they could send another chair to the room, they said, 'We don't offer that service.' Checking in around 1 PM, I avoided the peak rush and got a room right away, which was great. Check-out was at 11 AM, and the lobby was packed. Luckily, there was a fast check-out box by the elevators where you could just drop your room key and sleeve. Otherwise, I imagine it would have taken an hour to check out. In mid-July, it was 45 degrees Celsius during the day in Las Vegas, but the room stayed comfortable even without the air conditioning on at night. The bed was large and very clean. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The fridge was surprisingly empty, so I could put my own drinks in it. There's an ice machine on every floor. Walking less than 10 minutes in either direction from the hotel, you'll find a large supermarket. Right next door to the hotel is a big shopping mall with lots of dining options, most of which are open until midnight. If you keep walking for another 15 minutes, there's a large In-N-Out Burger. Walking about 5 minutes in the other direction, there's an outdoor food market with many different eateries. The Bellagio Fountains are directly opposite the hotel's main entrance. The hotel pool was very crowded during the day, and many of the pool loungers required payment. The pool water was quite cold, so I just took some photos and left. You have the option to decline housekeeping and simply ask staff for fresh towels. Overall, the value for money is still quite good. It's worth staying at least once."

"Had a fantastic experience, the best in Las Vegas this trip. When checking in, the front desk mentioned a mountain view, and I casually asked if there was a room with a view of the Sphere. They said higher floors did, and upon learning we specifically traveled from Beijing, they upgraded us to the 58th floor with a Sphere view for an extra $30 per room. It was an excellent experience; the room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for water refills, which are free. The service was great, and they even gave my child a backpack for the trip. To get to the Sphere, you can cross to the Nordstrom mall directly opposite the hotel, walk through to the Palazzo, and then straight to the Sphere. This way, you don't have to walk outdoors, which is a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. If you're unsure how to get through the mall, just ask a sales associate or the staff at the Trump hotel."

"This hotel embodies a quintessential Italian resort style. The pool and palm trees are surrounded by three-story buildings, creating a very relaxing space. The entertainment area isn't the largest, but it's still fun. Overall, it's a rare comfortable resort-style hotel in Las Vegas. They offer laundry service and a coffee machine, which is great for making your own coffee or hot tea – many large hotels don't provide coffee makers, so this is a real plus. There's also a laundry room: washing is $2.75 and drying is $2.50, which is very convenient. The room is spacious with a sofa bed, so it's perfectly fine for a family of three. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms is just average. The third floor is better, but on the second floor, you can clearly hear people walking upstairs at night, which is quite annoying. Overall, the service is good, and it's very convenient for getting around. An Uber to the Strip is quick, or you can even walk if you don't mind the heat. It's also very close to the Sphere; you can see it from the hotel's outdoor parking lot. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."
