"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at La Mandarina Hotel during my trip to Hanoi. The location is excellent and one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter made it very easy to explore Hanoi on foot, and I especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere during the weekends when the surrounding streets were closed to traffic. When I first checked in, there was a minor issue with my room assignment, but the staff handled it professionally and resolved it within a few minutes. I appreciated how efficiently they managed the situation. The staff throughout my stay were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable. They were always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend La Mandarina Hotel to travelers looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and a comfortable stay in Hanoi."

"Nice location, near the St. Joseph Cathedral. All the employees are very warm heart and friendly, they did provide the excellent service. The breakfast is wonderful, we really loved the fresh fruits. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the swimming pool enough because of my tight schedule, I hope I could stay more longer in this hotel next time!"

"An amazing location which is a short walk/grab away from many of the attractions that tourists want to see. The only thing I want to point out is that it is a little bit difficult to access with a car or a motorbike, so those with limited mobility may want to reconsider this hotel as accessibility may be a problem."

"Stayed in la sinfonia when we traveled to Hanoi. A very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were given free welcome drinks and some snacks which was a nice gesture . The hotel room is spacious enough for me ,my husband and daughter. The room is clean but the furniture is starting to look old though. The location is excellent. Quiet and yet minutes walk to the busy old street. Breakfast food is good and ingredients are fresh. There is a café just opposite the hotel which serves good Vietnamese coffee. A nice place to chill."

The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the center, making it so easy to explore the main attractions of Hanoi, yet it still feels like a comfortable retreat. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my time there, always ready with a smile and great local advice."

"We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The balcony in our original room was a bit misleading in our opinion, but after we mentioned it, they kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a real balcony from the second day onwards. Excellent customer service! The included airport transfer worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the private rooftop sauna and jacuzzi (by reservation) and received vouchers for beers at the partner hotel’s sky bar, which has an amazing view. The room was very clean, modern, and had both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast wasn’t the biggest buffet we’ve seen, but it had everything we needed, including freshly cooked eggs and delicious pho. I stayed here with my 14 year old son, and we both really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect! I arrived at the hotel just after midnight, but they had welcome drinks and snacks ready for me at check-in. When I needed to go to a nearby convenience store (a 2-minute walk) before heading to my room, a staff member even walked me outside to show me the way. The room was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor from 6:30 AM and was a buffet with a fantastic view. There was a wide variety of dishes, including Vietnamese specialties like Banh Mi and Pho, as well as American breakfast options. The breakfast staff were always attentive, promptly clearing empty dishes and asking, 'Do you need anything else?' Check-out was at 12:00 PM, and they also offered luggage storage service afterward. The location is excellent too; it's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the Noibai International Airport bus (86) and a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Even though it was only a one-night stay, all the staff were friendly, and I had a wonderful time. Many thanks to all the staff!"
