Floris Hotel

Good location with access to buses outside. A little hard to find due to lack of signage. The hotel is located on level 4 of the building. The room was clean and amenities were provided for a pleasant stay.

服務態度很差，房間水很小，而且很多塵，還沒有熱水，叫了幾次，一會説五分鐘過來，過來五分鐘又説十分鐘來，十分鐘過完又説等一下。催了幾次，然後我發脾氣了才來，做事效率差。早餐一般吧，價錢貴，圖片和實物不一樣，宣傳的圖片是另外一個酒店，房間圖片就是本酒店的。有誤導性。酒店難找，電梯小，且差。説真的連中國50塊的賓館都不如……對本酒店無惡意，衹是陳述事實與住過的感受而已。

Servizio estremamente accogliente e struttura molto carina. Ho trovato la camera un po' rumorosa di notte, c'era un rumore ambientale che non sono riuscito a individuare e mi ha reso un po' difficile addormentarmi. Inoltre da sotto la porta della camera passava la luce del corridoio. Nulla di grave ma se si fa fatica a prendere sonno sono fattori da considerare. Comunque, nel complesso sono soddisfatto e penso che ci ritornerò in futuro.

I wanted to write an honest review as this is how I book accommodation.. Strange entrance with a very small sign to guide you in. There are multiple stairs to get your luggage up which is rather difficult… before you enter a VERY small elevator. The room size is small … The photos don’t depict this on the booking sites. The shower in our room did not work. We had to wash out of the hand basin. There was no water pressure and you cannot regulate the temperature. Very dangerous.. We complained and asked for another room but were ignored twice as they had our money. We were told we had to take a photo of the details written on a card with entry information. This was good security we thought. There is no milk in the fridge so you will have to buy your own. Supermarket is close. Walking distance to Trevi 10 minutes. Colliseum is 20 mins. Great air con. Small room that needs a paint job. Dreadful entrance to hotel. Dingy and dreadfully unclean. Some staff friendly, others could not care less …. No iron in room. Dreadful, cheap toiletries so bring your own. AGAIN no shower !!! no pressure !!!

The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old building, not very attractive from outside but the room was very clean and comfortable. The recommend getting the breakfast. There was a good variety of meat cheese and pastries. The location was very convenient to the metro stations.

Well situated hotel, 2 min walk from Republica Metro station which is one stop on from Terminu which has the train link to Da Vinci Airport. Hotel is situated on the 4th floor, the main entrance is a little unassuming and while the lower floors are being renovated by other hotel businesses it can look like another hotel entirely. Not a fault of the Floris of course, just something to be aware of. Once you are through the doors at the Floris you’ll be in a modern, clean hotel with friendly staff, well maintained rooms. Complimentary room safe as well a couple free waters are nice elements. Windows are good quality, cancelling out the city noise, beds are decent…frankly after all the walking I done I’d have slept on a bed of nails. There are some nice bars near by as well many great shops which give many opportunities to buy gifts and mementos

Location was good, near to termini station, many restaurants and sightseeings. Room wasn't very clean, but they cleaned it again after we asked. Staff was kind and helpful. However the enterance was terrible. We almost couldn't find the hotel, because it was 4 th floor of the building that looked abandoned from all the other floors. It was dirty and dark on the stairs.
