The hotel location is perfect!! 5 mins walk from Romana Termini (Main Train Terminal). The cleaning staff ia very good. Room was very neat and tidy. But small amenities like water kettle in the room, iron box were not there. Room telephone wasnt functional. Breakfast variety was very limited although the breakfast staff was very helpful and made special coffee on request. Reception desk was excellently handled by Mario who is a gem of a person; fantastico! He guided us what to carry and what not to carry in late evening hours to stay out of trouble. EXTREMELY HELPFUL PERSON, MR. MARIO. (5 STARS TO HIM)

部屋(シングルルーム) ドアを開けるとベッド、机、クローゼット、奥にトイレ・ビデ、シャワーブースがありました。 狭く、部屋で滞在する気にはあまりなりません。寝るだけならば問題はないでしょう。 コンセントは枕元に1つだけあります。 きれいに清掃されていました。 建物 建物自体は古く、特にエレベーターは年季が入っています。手でドアを開くタイプです。 朝食 数種類のパン、ハム、サラミ、チーズ、シリアルなどがありました。 コーヒーメーカーあり、2種類のジュースありでした。 スタッフの方にお願いすると、メーカーで造れる以外のコーヒーもお願いできそうでした。 日によっての変化はあまりなさそうです。 立地 ローマ・テルミニ駅から徒歩5分くらいです。 近所はレストランが多いです。通りの目の前に夜遅くまで営業しているレストランがあり、話し声は聞こえます。 近所に小さな店が多く、飲料など購入できます。また、テルミニ駅の地下のスーパーも10分弱で着きます。 テルミニ駅を拠点に、大荷物で移動をされる方には便利です。

酒店衹能抵上國內賓館級別，房間很小，設施比較舊，電梯還是早期那種木的。衹是靠近中央車站，地址位置比較好。

很一般，前台態度很差

I had a single room. It was literally 6ft wide. It had a small cot to sleep on, a thin flat pillow, the fridge was warm, the wifi didn’t work in the room. I had better internet without using their wifi. There was an outlet by the bed but it didn’t support the weight of my adaptor and the only other outlet was in the bathroom. The “street view” only meant that there was loud drunken noises until 2am and city workers at 5am. If this was a place I spent €30-40 on, I would be ok but they charged almost €100 for this prison room. I went across the street to find another place, but they were full. The worst room I ever had. Breakfast was ok but the staff were not friendly or kind. I had to ask everything (wifi password. Breakfast place, breakfast time. Check out time) because they gave me no information. Maybe a double room is better but the single room is the worst I have ever had.

Terrible and rude staff. Did not bother to say good morning/evening/night, or even smiled. We orderen a room for 3 people (2 adults og 1 child), so when we arrived it was a very small room with a dobble bed. Only two towels, and a room that need a great upgrade. Tried to make us pay city tax for our child (children under the age of 10 do not pay).

Arrived on a flight well before check in time of 2 PM but was allowed to drop our bags in our (not yet cleaned) room anyway. Made our first day in Rome much easier not having to lug bags around.

Good: location Bad: beds, air Conditions, humidity odors, poor organization in check in elevator in bad condition.
