Room musty odor bought air freshener sprayed room couple times . Property not that old . Good condition . Not located downtown .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was two nights with all the comforts of home. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereal, coffee and fruit and was well prepared. Very welcoming and comfortable lounge area. Beds were very comfortable!! Would definitiv stay again.

Bed was not very comfortable . We were right by the ice machine so could hear a pretty annoying sound very few min. The room was nice and roomie with a coach and tv separate from bed. Breakfast was nice . Everything was nice and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The hotel was just outside of the centre of St. Augustine so handy to get to by car in about 10 minutes.
The room was large and comfortable. I think the hotel had maybe been redecorated fairly recently as it all looked fresh. We had a free” breakfast” with our room price but I wouldn’t recommend it as its poor quality let the hotel down. It was the typical motel style buffet breakfast but the orange juice looked like it had been diluted so much it looked like orange/ yellow coloured water and cereals were of a cheap end variety. Tea and coffee were drinkable but that’s about all. There is an excellent diner a couple of miles from the hotel so we went there instead!!

Other than someone smoking and setting off the fire alarm at the crack of dawn, my stay was very comfortable.

Recent stay there for a work trip and then family came up and it was excellent. Very new and clean hotel. Staff was amazing! I definitely want to say that John at the front desk was extremely accommodating, super nice and helpful. He always went above and beyond and really needs to be recognized. The hotel is new and very clean, very close proximity to a lot of things. I will be staying here again!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty firm, which I loved, but my husband not so much!

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is new so it’s in good shape as well as clean, and the location was safe and convenient. Our only complaint is the walls seemed a bit “thin” as far as outside noise.
