"It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience"

"Περάσαμε καλά στο Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. Ήταν ένα κοντινό περπάτημα σε μια όμορφη, καθαρή παραλία. Είπαν ότι η πισίνα δεν ήταν ζεστή, αλλά αποδείχτηκε ότι ήταν! Παράτησε το κολύμπι επειδή δεν το ξέραμε μέχρι που ήταν πολύ αργά. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο και καλά γεμάτο. Πλήρωσαμε λίγο παραπάνω για ένα μπαλκόνι αλλά η θέα δεν ήταν καλή. Μην σπαταλάτε τα χρήματα σας σε ένα μπαλκόνι. Πλήρωσαμε για το πάρκινγκ βαλέτ που τελικά δεν ήταν απαραίτητο. Υπάρχουν πολλά πάρκινγκ στους δρόμους. Ήταν συνολικά ένα καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και ένα πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό."
