Absolutely unclean. The dust was excesive. My kids and I had asthma attack as well as dust mites bites and rash

Everything was perfect. We used the Hop on Hop off trolley and it saved us a lot of walking. Definitely would stay here again

I have been to many Double Tree... Hotels. It is a really bad service that this one doesn't offer including breakfast.
The price for the hotel is way too high.
It was so noisy. We try to change the room but we couldn'tget another room.

One top corner of our fitted sheet was not tucked in and it was very hard for us to fix it. Also, I don't think they should charge for parking. But the hotel was very nice. We really liked the bar - the food and service. The room was very nice as well.

Girls trip RUINED. No hot water to shower in the morning. There offer to fix this issue was to take parking off the bill. RIDICULOUS. None of could shower for the day & get ready.

The place is showing its age. The 24.00 a day parking is just an easy rip off. I parked on street and was still charged
