This hotel.is very clean and stylish. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful . The area around hotel is clean and safe .

The room we booked was small, but easy on the eyes. Thoughtful decorative touches made it feel like a nice place to be. Conveniently located within minutes of downtown but without the hustle and bustle. The bed was reasonably comfortable - one of the better hotel beds I've slept in.
Staff was nice and welcoming, although our interactions were brief. No complains!

Great hotel & customer service! Booked a double queen room and was able to change to a King since we’re a couple with a small baby. Only negative (for me) was that the shower water was very cold but I like very hot showers. My husband doesn’t and he didn’t find an issue with the water temperature.

Nice clean hotel, staff very friendly, went out of the way to accommodate our needs. Parking under hotel convenient, nice bar and friendly bartender. Hotel had golf cart transportation for a nominal fee over to city. Came and picked us up when we called to come back to hotel. Driver Eric was excellent. Only complaint we had was shower was luke warm. Didn’t get hot as we took cool showers. Talked with another guest who said same thing. Overall would go back again this spring and enjoy the pool.

The rooms are clean and recently upgraded. The location is good… a brisk walk to downtown but the guys behind the desk were really nice and helpful

Elevator did not work had to carry luggage 2 flights to stairs up and back. Overvall the stay way fine. But no view, choice of busy street or parking lot. Breakfast was good. Location wasn't bad to walk to old town

Great spot within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. Perfect for nights of lights. We’ve stayed a here a few times and the staff has always been very accommodating and the rooms are clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge had stuff in it, there was a clump of hair in the shower, which has a constant drip, wasting water. Overall, I wasn't super impressed, and normally IHG is usually really good. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice.
