Front desk very friendly , took us to our room , the room was extremely clean and very nicely decorated . Easy walk over the bridge to be in all St. Augustine has to offer. Will gladly stay here again .

We were really impressed. The owners seem genuinely interested in providing the best experience. It's a little thing but they actually take you to your room and show you all the amenities and how the tv works etc. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and are bright and cheerfully decorated. If I could give an 11 for cleanliness, I would. Absolutely spotless. The location is good - just about 15 minute walk over the bridge to the historic area. There are a few places to eat nearby. St. Augustine is quite pricey in general. This is a great and affordable choice. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here in prior years, and always find the value far greater than anyplace in St Augustine. Easy walk to the historic area. Friendly and helpful staff. First room this year had broken toilet, so they changed rooms right away. Very clean room. Easy access to everywhere in the area

Excellent hotel, good parking, very short walk over bridge to centre of St Augustine. Older property, but recently refurbished to a good standard. Clean, comfortable, well run with friendly helpful staff.

This was a wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. The room was sparkling clean and well decorated. The downtown area is just a short walk across the bridge and several restaurants are nearby. I plan to stay there again when I visit.

The hotel is located 0.6mi from main square of St Augustine. It’s an easy walk across the bridge to the tourist attractions. The hotel staff were great, friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. Parking is free.

This was a very nice room inside as the outside looks like a much older typical beach hotel anywhere in Florida. Hotel workers were very nice, helpful and accomodating. I would recommend to stay here for the Night of Lights and any other event because the cost is significantly less than the other places but very very close to the downtown attractions of St Augustine and Flagler college

This room was so cute and so clean. It was cosy and the receptionist made sure our heater was on and the room was comfortable before she left us. I would stay here again. The only complaint I have is a lady there takes up 2 parking spots in an already small parking lot, and she refused to move and stated "I live here." I drive a huge SUV and it was hard to get into where I ended up having to park, but I made it work.

We liked the walking location to downtown, the easy access restaurant across the street and our wonderful welcome by Leia, she took the time to walk us to our room, show us around, you just don't see that anymore. Very nice!
