Genial lo recomiendo 100%

Très mauvaise isolation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Très bon emplacement avec vue mer, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

The staff was amazing like never felt so welcoming it's was my first time abroad and they helped me the food was 5 star same was the service the out door pool was lush and freshing and the entertainment was brilliant thank you too all the staff here you were amazing 🤩🤩🤩 you are a 4 star hotel but should be a 5 start no doubt thank you

Ok hotel! Staff were nice. Hotel room was average! Bathroom was dated and not the cleanest! Breakfast was awful! Only tried it the first morning. Ate out for the other mornings! My view was a refugee centre in the sister hotel next door!

Just returned from two weeks all inclusive. Had a marvellous stay there and could not fault any part of it. We had a lovely room with a sea view, modern walk in shower and comfy beds. The food was excellent such a variety,and anyone who complains makes me wonder what they eat at home. All the staff were courteous and efficient, soft drinks wine and beer were good. The reception were very helpful,so thanks to all the effort that the hotel management and employees have put in to make it a great hotel to come to.So well done.

Hotel is very nice and clean 1st impression is good. Location if perfect so close to all amenities. Walking distance to all shops and bars beach front 2mins walk to centre Salou. Rooms only have single beds. Night entertainment is very good. Staff is very friendly and polite. All options available we had all inclusive value for money. This hotel have some negative second block they have asylum. Feel sorry for guest can’t use pool and bar Cus those people hanged around pool all day long. For snack I went there once didn’t feel comfortable. Spa pool was very dirty n dead flies also smell really badly. Main building have only two lifts. Guest have waited for ages to going up n down should have more lifts building have 9 floors. Breakfast should have little changes every day same food not good.

Who in their right mind would want to stay in a hotel that houses asylum seekers!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go to a hotel and enjoy myself not be surrounded by the likes of them. Maybe it was them that were out fighting in the street!!!!!

3rd visit to this hotel 23rd Sept - 30th Sept & in our opinion we love this hotel. Fantastic sea view rooms with decent sized balcony, room & bathroom ample size & cleaned & towels changed daily. Location great, short walk to the beach which is literally across the road & a few minutes to all bars & shops. Reception, Dinning Room & Bar staff always friendly. Good choice of foods both in restaurant & at the snack bar. We generally use the pools between the 2 hotels as quieter & yes pools are cold but very welcoming in 31 degrees. Hotel Salou II is being used for asylum seekers, this may be a bit intimidating to some travellers but they did keep themselves to themselves & you've got to think that we could be slightly intimidating to them! All in all we have had a fantastic time & will be defiantly retuning for a 4th visit.

First thing to note is that one block of the hotel (R II) is being used to house asylum seekers. More arrived while we were there and the guests in that block where told to use the restaurant, pool etc in the RI building, which made it all busier for those of us in that building. Had we known in advance, we wouldn't've chosen this hotel. Rooms/housekeeping Room was on the 6th floor of the R1 building with sea view. Not a bad size for two of us, and nice little balcony. Bathroom smelled of drains - bought air freshener to help. Our double bed was two singles pushed together and the mattresses weren't comfortable. There's a mini fridge in the room, which was great. There's a safety deposit box in the room, but you have to pay per day to use it. Not something i'd expect from a supposedly 4* hotel. Housekeeping came every day and kept the room clean for us, changed towels and bed linen. A kettle/iron are available from reception - you have to pay a refundable deposit. Pools R1 pool is a decent size - although not as big as it looks in the pic. R2 pool is much smaller. Both pools are cold - very cold! Restaurant/snacks Restaurant is a good size but nothing fancy. Buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner food was nice with a good selection There's a snack bar in the space between the hotel blocks. The main bar is by the main pool in R1 block. Drinks - the beer was fine, but cocktails were rubbish. I had a pina colada, which looked and tasted nothing like a pina colada should. Staff We found all staff very friendly and helpful, especially receptionist who sorted us out when we had trouble checking in. Board We went all inclusive, but the hotel bar hours are 10am to 11pm, which was a bit disappointing as it meant spending money in bars outside the hotel. Hotel Location Location is great! There's a little beach nearby, and just a few mins walk to the main *****s. Hotel Rating Definitely not a 4* hotel! Maybe 3* at a push. Overall opinion Wouldn't stay there again.
