"I was really nervous to come here after reading reviews. You would think of you were walking into a hell hole if you believe what some people write. I shouldn't have worried. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every second, it was fab. It's not perfect by any means but none of the negatives stopped us from having an amazing time. Negatives -Pool size (only one pool and it can be hectic prepare to get splashed alot) -AC in the room was weak but was good enough -Rooms aren't cleaned very well, particularly the floor, bring slippers! -Slow check in took maybe 40mins. -The water park was horrendous I wouldnt bother, I went on one flume the whole day it was overcrowded and dirty Positives -The food was lovely lots of variety I suspect alot of people are complaining about the food because they just have bad taste tbh! If you don't have the palette of an 8 year old you can enjoy paella, curry, tacos, fresh bread, olives, chicken thighs, oysters, fish, traditional Spanish dishes, loads of vegetables (but there's also plenty of chips pasta and pizza too if that's all you want!) - I went with my whole family there were 9 of us and we rarely (if ever) struggled to get seated at meal times -Staff were really lovely and welcoming -Cocktails were tasty and super strong! -The hotel itself is clean -The kids club staff are super engaged and lovely -We had a great day at the theme park, the shuttle was super convenient free and easy to catch -really close to the beach and the strip, be sure to visit the "most wanted" store for some lovely clothes and jewellery Really my main complaint was the other guests, alot of them were rude, classless and moaning the whole time. The staff had to deal with many horrible children swearing and being out of control around the pool I felt bad for them. To be honest it made me ashamed to be British! I'm not sure what sure what people are expecting from a holiday like this, it's not a 5 star adults only hotel, you get what you pay for and actually the hotel far surpassed my expectations, I would definitely go back! Don't listen to all the negatives Nellys"

"We stayed for 10 nights beginning of August. Family of 3, 2 Adults snd a 13 year old. The hotel is located in Cap Salou on the outskirts of Salou itself. The area is pretty with lots of little sheltered bays, a few shops and restuarants and much quieter than the main resort. Bus stop just outside with frequent buses to salou and surrounding resorts. The area is extremely hilly and requires a steep climb bsck to the hotel from anywhere which can be taxing in extreme heat. We had a spa ious 2bed apartment which was clean and spacious but very limted cooking facilities, no oven or grill... the biggest pitfall however was that there was no wifi in the room at all which meant we had to pay for data to use our phones. In this day and age in a modern european country seem totally ridiclous. The pool area is compact but fine with plenty of loungers availsble. Its is very noisy and busy with lots of families with young children. Id say, if you are looking for a relaxing more chilled out pool scene, this is probably not for you. The hitel food, drink and entertainment is all decent and geered towards british clientle. We were slightly shocked on our last day when my husbsnd went to the bar to ask for a plastic cup with some ice for his drink and was told he would have to pay for it! He asked the barman if it was joke,??? It wasnt.....all in all we have had a pleasant holiday but not sure if this hotel is the right fit for our family so we probably wouldnt stay here again."

"Το Apt ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλά γεμάτο κουζίνα. Τα κρεβάτια και οι πετσέτες άλλαξαν δύο φορές. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, τόσο κοντά στην όμορφη παραλία. Το μόνο πράγμα που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν να μην επιτρέπονται τρόφιμα ή ποτά στην πισίνα. Ούτε καν ένα παγωτό ή ένα μαλακό ποτό. Επίσης, οι αλεξίπτωτοι θα ήταν καλοί για να μπορέσουν να νοικιάσουν την Αία και την Αμίν στο ρεσεψιόν, ήταν πολύ χρήσιμες και φιλικές, όπως και ο σωτήρας."

"Πήραμε το Hotel Caribe. Έπρεπε να ρωτήσουμε ποιο ξενοδοχείο μας είχαν ορίσει γιατί δεν μας έστειλαν το email την προηγούμενη μέρα. Σας προτείνουμε να πάρετε πρωινό νωρίς γιατί αργότερα θα έχει πολύ κόσμο, θα πρέπει να κάνετε κράτηση εκ των προτέρων."
