"⸻ Wondeful vacation Our stay at El Pequeño Gecko Verde was wonderful. We were here with our daughter, son-in-law, and two very young grandchildren. This intimate resort is beautifully located in the jungle. It has a swimming pool and serves delicious, very varied breakfasts. The place is spotless and extremely well maintained. On the grounds of Gecko Verde live a family of raccoons, coatis, and armadillos. We could also hear monkeys in the surrounding jungle, which made the experience even more special. The owner and the entire staff are amazing, kind, and always helpful. The gentleman and lady at the reception are wonderful and very supportive. We would like to thank the whole team sincerely for everything. If we have the opportunity, we would love to come back someday. Joanna with her family from Poland (Sopot)"

BellaVista Suites by Villas Verdes - Samara Beach ★★★

"We spent a week at Intercultura Spanish clsses (A+++ also) and stayed here at this chicly appointed boutique property. It was a delight -- all the comforts and so reasonably priced, plus a refreshing, flower-lined courtyard pool for after-class dips. I loved that it was just a small stretch from the main hustle and bustle of town, but still 5 minutes walking distance and two minutes by golf cart. A little "soda" aka cafe next door fueled us the whole time economically and deliciously. Loved the front desk staff at Bellavista, who were so helpful with recommendations and tours. Also and of note -- incredible views of the clear field with horses and cows across the street and the ocean just beyond that. Totally unobstructed and we walked to that more remote entrance of the beach every day!"

"Rooms: Classic hostel bedrooms with all the amenities. The walls are quite thin and you can hear everything. Service: Everything was very straightforward, and the girls who worked there are all lovely and helpful. Location: The location is amazing. Two blocks down from the beach, and there are bars and restaurants all around. Definitely a great place to stay if you are looking to socialize."

Villas Verdes ★★★

"Μείναμε στο σπίτι για μια εβδομάδα. Πολύ ευρύχωρα διαμερίσματα- ένα δωμάτιο είχε δύο διπλά κρεβάτια, το κύριο είχε βασιλιά και το μικρό διαμέρισμα που είχε (αυτοκίνητη είσοδο) είχε ένα δίδυμο. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα είναι το κοσμηματοπωλείο εδώ αν έχετε παιδιά (πραγματικά έχουν μια κύρια πισίνα για τις άλλες βίλες, που δεν ήταν ποτέ πολύ πληθυσμός). Αλλά πιθανότατα πήδηξες στην πισίνα κάθε φορά που γύριζες σπίτι και κρεμάστηκες σε αυτήν όλη την ώρα. Το «καυτό λουτρό» είναι κρύο (το οποίο είναι καλό, είναι 90 βαθμούς δεν μπορεί να φανταστεί κανείς με ένα ζεστό λουτρό. Παρέχουν πετσέτες (ακτή και κύρια) και έχουν ένα μεγάλο μπανιέρα από παραλία και πισίνα παιχνίδια (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πινακίδων boogie). Είχαμε μια πλήρη κουζίνα για να είναι ωραία για ψυγείο και μικροκυμάτων για να θερμαίνονται ξανά. Είχαμε μαϊμούδες στο πίσω δέντρο μας... καταπληκτικά! Λίγες μεγάλες βάτραχοι στην πισίνα τη νύχτα. Στο κατάστημα φαγητών, ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο (καλύτερα να περπατήσετε στο δρόμο, αν χρειάζεστε μετρητά, χρησιμοποιήστε το ATM στο Πάλι, Οι άλλοι στην πόλη δεν δούλευαν. Είστε στην πόλη, οπότε φέρτε ένα φορητό θόρυβο καθώς ακούτε τον θόρυβο του δρόμου. Οι μειονότητες; Προφανώς serve breakfast but they have no information when you check in, so have no idea! Η παράσταση είναι απαίσια, πολύ δύσκολο να ενεργοποιηθεί και ένας από μας έσπασε... έτσι ήταν απογοητευτικό... όχι μια φορά που είχαμε ζεστό νερό... αέρα και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια... ένας κάτω θα ήταν χρήσιμος... αλλά αφήνοντας τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια ανοιχτά και η πόρτα ανοιχτή και δροσίζει. Μπορείτε να περπατήσετε σε πολλά εστιατόρια και ο δρόμος για την παραλία είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο."

"I spent a few months in this terrible place cause I didn't not have another option. Owners are living onsite and looking at everything you do. They get annoyed by everything whole they watch you on camera, then they send you messages to ask you not to let kids splash in the pool. The place we stayed was filthy, dust everywhere because the apartment didn't have windows up top, just a mosquito screen and crap smells from the drains. Owner mid twenties daughter and son operate this chicken coop sh$#& hole, who are extremely passive aggressive and fake. Walls were paper thing and windows didn't seal so I woke up many nights at midnight 1 or 2 am to cigarettes smoke that filled my bedroom from people smoking down by the pool. The place is on the main 160 highway, only road through town, loud motorcycles, cars and trucks woke me up on a regular basis. Same hotel people will party and keep you up cause nothing is sound proof. Hotel laundry matching at 11 pm woke me many times. Gladly low season started and I could find another place in town. Never come to this place, save your headache and money."

"Η σινεμά του Τσιλαξίν' βιβέ σε αυτό το μέρος. Υπερβολικά φιλοξενούμενο προσωπικό. Τα ελάχιστα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά και καθαρά. Η σκιά καθίσματος γύρω από την πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου δίνει γαλήνη από τις ηλιόλουστες ζεστές μέρες... Ο Ρόναλντ έκανε μια μεγάλη δουλειά κάθε μέρα, που έδινε πρωινό στην μεγάλη μας ομάδα. Ο επαγγελματισμός του είναι παραδειγματικός."
