Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Danke an das komplette Team. Tutto è stato fantastico. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. E il personale è molto gentile. Hotel gestito in modo professionale. Stayed here for two nights. Had stayed before in the “old town” area of Bergamo which was lovely. This area would be considered “run down”. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for coffee shops, restaurants etc. Previous reviews commented how welcoming, friendly, helpful etc the reception staff were but I didn’t get that experience. Reception area is right inside the door so it can be crowded arriving and leaving with luggage, prams etc. Room was adequately spaced. Could have been given extra towels (three for a single room is basic), also needed a fridge and water glasses etc in the room. Floors could have been hoovered so make sure you wear slippers (not included in the room)! Didn’t include breakfast in my stay and glad I didn’t cos the selection looked limited. This hotel is fine for a short stay but perhaps look elsewhere if staying for longer.

The standard room is a perfect solution and with a fair price to spend a night in Bergamo in the centre. The structure is quiet, the room is clean. The furniture is modern and sober, the bathroom is spacious. The room had the best coffee and pot machine, Illy, water and tisane. The facility is very clean and is included in a sports service environment ( at the time of our stay was closed for ferragosto holidays) Decentralized area by Bergamo city but well connected to the car. The room and bathroom are very clean. Welcome to the excellent staff. Careful breakfast with the presence of various selected products. Free parking not safe but still safe and alternatively, for only 2 euros, parking covered with access barrier. Additional note: They recommended a restaurant a few km from the hotel, Trattoria Taiocchi, with which they have a 10% discount agreement, regularly applied, where we eat very well.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Unfortunately, the structure is very negligible, I booked 2 double rooms and the following applies to both rooms: wind airing bathroom not working, strong smell of wet throughout the room, Bathroom door box with wooden wood because of the closeness to the shower. I gave the living to a couple of friends who traveled with me, we still sleeped well, but the figure is not the same as it made this structure a couple of years ago.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Check-in: Make sure to continue past the QC Terme building on the main street. Parking is not included however there is a parking garage in relation to QC Room. For you tech savvy individuals you’ll have no problem with your self check-in. There is also a bar cart with a selection of spirits. The lobby also has a space for people to work or relax. Rooms: The rooms are designed to cater to guests who prioritize their wellness, with clean, minimalistic decor and luxurious amenities such as a Dyson blow dryer, a full toiletry kit, a Nespresso machine, a Marshall speaker, and a weighted ball and yoga mat that provide suggested workouts through a QR code. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.
