"Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get."

"I have traveled for business and pleasure most of my life and I have stayed in the best hotels around the world. But when I think of a bad hotel experience I will always remember hotel Soho Palacio Real. From beginning to end all was mediocre. First, if you are not very familiar with the area, you have no idea where to park your car, and the streets are very narrow. Then, if you are up in age and not very athletic, you will have to carry all your bags to the hotel, as they do not have a porter (this hotel is a 4 start). As it was our wedding anniversary, they gave us an update to a junior suite. Well, I don’t want to see a regular room. This junior suite did not have enough space for the 2 of us plus our bags. The breakfast was at best run of the mill, very mediocre for a 4 start hotel. The service there was all quite poor. There were several tables empty, but dirty. To top it all, we had a medical issue and needed to leave the following day instead of the 2 days programmed and paid in advance. Needless to say, they refused to credit us for the night we were not going to spend there. If I ever go back to Santander, I know FOR SURE where not to stay"

"Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise. The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee."

"Ξενοδοχείο κοντά στο Σαντάντερ. Αν ψάχνετε για μια τοποθεσία με καλές συνδέσεις και μια πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, αυτό είναι το ξενοδοχείο σας. Τα δωμάτια είναι πραγματικά πολύ καλά. Τα μπάνιο με ένα καλό ντους και μια καλή πίεση. Η ποιότητα του ύπνου, παρατηρήσιμη. Το προσωπικό που το διαχειρίζεται είναι επαγγελματικό και φιλικό. Το πρωινό είναι αρκετά καλό. Το πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ εύκολο. Ένα γροθιά: δεν έχει κλιματισμό, αλλά έχει ανεμιστήρα αν το χρειάζεστε."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ άνετο και πολύ άνετο. Το spa είναι αρκετά καλό, αν και τώρα πρέπει να πληρώσετε 10 ευρώ ανά άτομο για να εισέλθετε (που είχε συμπεριληφθεί προηγουμένως στην τιμή). "Έχουμε βρεθεί μια εβδομάδα διαμονής και η αλήθεια ότι θα επαναλάβουμε, ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος για ύπνο· είχαμε άσχημη τύχη επειδή ήταν άσχημη και δεν μπορούσαμε να απολαύσουμε την εξωτερική πισίνα, αλλά και η εσωτερική πισίνα είναι πολύ καλή, έχουμε δραστηριότητες για παιδιά με οθόνες. Η εργασία μας είναι η ύπαρξη ενός ύδατος, που δεν είναι εύκολη. Το δωμάτιο είχε μια μεγάλη βεράντα, ένα δωμάτιο, η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη με όλα, εξυπηρετούν δωμάτια κάθε μέρα, εκτός από πετσέτες και καναπέ μέχρι 2 ημέρες. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια σε 20mt cabarcene, σε 20mt Santander Θα επαναλάβουμε σίγουρα."
