Athina luxury suites is beautiful😍 . Love the view from the room, especially the breakfast with view. Enjoyed common swimming pool and pool bar. Food served here is pretty amazing. Awesome staff that go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable! Highly recommend the place for memorable stay.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location in Oia, and the pool facing the sunset is more picturesque. The room is very spacious, the design of the cave room is very special, and the bathroom window can be opened to see the sea, which was a surprise. Enjoying the sunset by the pool had been planned from the start. Enjoy the sea view while enjoying a warm bath the next morning. It's a pity that the warm water constant temperature system of the warm pool is broken! There is really no way to enjoy it outdoors at a temperature of 7-13 degrees. Although I have repeatedly asked about the hot water supply when I checked in, the hotel has not been able to solve it. I just ask you to wait patiently. It is still unresolved until check out. I am very disappointed 😔 As far as I know, several nearby rooms also made the same comments to the hotel. I paid 40% more for a heated pool that I couldn’t enjoy (compared to a room without a heated pool), and I only received an extra sorry, which is really helpless🥲 Finally, when we checked out, we asked the staff to carry a piece of luggage for us. When we left for the bus station (with an additional fee), the husband asked me to follow the staff to the bus station because he wanted to return to the hotel to retrieve the lost property. Putting down my luggage in the middle of the road, I moved to the bus stop under the stairs by myself, then turned around and left😡 Maybe I am used to the services of other hotels. I think it is basic to check clearly before handing over the room to the guests. When encountering any problems, I will try my best and send my staff to inspect the problems as soon as possible. Try to solve or provide alternative solutions.☹️ It seems that this hotel enjoys a good location and has no worries. If you want to enjoy the scenery, it is very good; if you want to enjoy the service, it really didn't disappoint me 😞

We had a mixed experience. It should have been spectacular, but unfortunately the customer service aspect fell short. We booked a pool suite to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and made a reservation in the restaurant for a celebratory dinner with sunset view. When we walked down the 6 flights of stairs to the restaurant we were told that a photo shoot was going on and even though they took the reservation they couldn't accommodate us. 50 years in the making and poof - anniversary ruined! Long story short, we went to a restaurant a few doors down (The Wine Bar) who treated us with generosity and respect, unlike our hotel... As days ticked by, any small request we had was always met with a 'no'. Every afternoon and evening there were multiple elaborate photo shoots and weddings staged in front of our room/view leaving us with no privacy on our patio. We had a very frustrating and unhappy stay. This is more a wedding venue than a hotel as they do not show respect to their non-wedding guests.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!! I was sceptical about what this accommodation would be like after seeing the stunning photos online but also seeing the very reasonable prices. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodation and it was a highlight of our two weeks trip around the Greek Islands. The staff were super helpful, quick to respond and so friendly. The location is simply MIND BLOWING!! You will not be able to stop taking photos. Yes there are lots of stairs to navigate but thats Santorin and made the views from our hot tub so stunning! We booked the standard apartment, while the room itself is quite basic, it had everything we needed and I think this hot tub had the best location of all the rooms! While the room and the hot tub were on different levels and not connected, the views during the day and night are breath taking. Breakfast is served on the terrace and was lovely. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough, the prices are amazing and it will be a stay to remember forever!

My partner and I stayed at Golden East in June for 3 nights and my word, what a find! We booked the family room which was beautiful and extremely spacious. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our room, where we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the view over the sea. Whilst all of the rooms were booked, the hotel was generally quite quiet and we often found ourselves having the pool to ourselves. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nataly and Costas were exceptional! On our last day whilst by the pool, Costas kindly brought us over fresh fruit with his compliments, which was really nice, personal touch! We will 100% stay here again, highly recommend!

Petri Suites is a charming and excellent hotel. It is very clean and hospitable. It was a 5-star level of customer service from every single staff from transportation, reception, breakfast and my favorite the pool bar. Be sure to get your delicious beverages and poolside eats from the lovely bartender, Livan. He made our stay so memorable. Breakfast every morning was also fresh and excellent. The gentleman who manages it was pleasant and ensured our comfort. Petri Suites location is ideal near the beach with many beachside dining options. I’m looking forward to my next visit there in the near future.
