The location of the hotel is excellent. It is opposite Xiaobailou. It is directly accessible by Metro Line 1. It is within walking distance to the Fifth Avenue. There is a snack pedestrian street downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is very suitable for traveling or business trips. The hotel's service is very good and it was upgraded for free. The hotel elevators are divided into high and low areas, which is very user-friendly. Although the hotel has been open for a long time, the hygiene level is still quite good. I choose to stay in this hotel every time I come to Tianjin.

I chose this hotel when I came to Tianjin to watch JJ Lin's concert. It's about an 8-minute walk from the subway station. It's an old five-star hotel with good facilities. The shower room is a little small, but the front desk staff are efficient and have a good attitude. I would like to give special praise to Aunt Liu Chengcheng from the housekeeping department. She is efficient in cleaning and very talkative. She also introduced me to Tianjin's food and attractions. Although I was just a passer-by, I still left a good impression of Tianjin!

A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. They both like poultry and chestnut cake very much. I love eating it. It’s delicious and not greasy. P2/3 We stayed in a room with a terrace. My grandpa loves the terrace (because he can go to the terrace to smoke 😂). The bed is as comfortable as ever😌. The interior is very beautiful, which is my favorite style! Needless to say P4/5 lobby! Very beautiful P6 RCTJ at night, very beautiful P7/11 I love the hskp team! ! ! Absolutely the best hskp🥺If you have any problems, they will be solved immediately! ! ! The floor waiters Wendy and Addy are very nice and considerate! The floor manager, Zoe, is very professional😼, and the administrative deputy housekeeper, Chloe, is also very considerate! Any problem can be solved quickly😻 P12 Miss Wendy very thoughtfully covered my Elmo with a quilt. P14 really liked RCTJ’s warm service this time! The other ladies at the front desk are also very nice! ! ! Very enthusiastic! ! ! And very professional! Check in is very fast! The young lady in the lobby is more enthusiastic. She will greet you whenever you pass by. Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! The surrounding areas were so peaceful and gorgeous. The room itself was comfortable but a bit cold. The views could have been better since the windows were facing the parking lot. I suggest them to have a bigger window facing where the sun sets. Breakfast was bio and delicious and the service really friendly. Thanks for everything.
