A compact cozy hotel, just near the pedestrian street. Your parking is undoubtedly plus for the locked streets of Saratov. Staff is excellent. Despite very early departure at 4 a.m., breakfast was gathered in lunch boxes. The room is good, everything you need to eat. It's definitely worth your money, I recommend.

Awful hotel! From the beginning. We frequent travel. By choosing the hotel we were fooled with photos on the website. Ordered 3 rooms for the whole family. All three rooms are in poor condition (Photos provided from room 1). First part of the family settled. Later, the others. When the other part of the family was settled, did NOT ask for documents! Little did anyone come! The organizations ”ANTITERROR” will be very interesting! I promise! Next ... There were no tape, no hygiene facilities such as toothbrush. This is all paid! Ordered sauna ham tc our family loves healthy rest. When entering the room there was a pond that was not removed, before our arrival. The water in the shower is rusty!!! A minute 2000 rubles is a sauna. The pool is ice, the handle is shaking. In the sauna room 2 baths Finnish and Hamam. The Finnish did not heat. In general the money was dropped into empty. Next .... There was an old woman with us on medicines. She needs to drink them during the meal. She was asked for dinner in the room. She waited for dinner for an hour and not because it was cooked. The dinner was brought a little warm. The reception of medicine was late accordingly. In the rooms is awful. There is no water, even in the bar. It is off. There is an electric teapot and cup , and there are no spoons, mix the fingers ))) The shower sandwich in the rusty. The wall panels are broken. And the most emotic- the chunk in the entrance door!!!! You can see from the other side) Everywhere dirt, pleasure, teared wallpaper. Photos will tell for themselves! The menu is sticky , even in the hands I don't want to take. I ordered water in the room brought with a reminder after 40 minutes. The rest is spoiled. The regulation of fines for damage to the hotel is written everywhere, but the question is who will pay us for all the damage? REQUEST WITH WITH WATER, TK SAKHAR Rise, COME TO BE COMMENTED TO BE REMINDED! HOW TO MEET RIGHT IN THE ROOM( I NEED TO BE информated all the institution for the quality of the hotel!!! Гостиница заявляет о себе как о трехзвездочном отеле. По факту за немалые деньги еле сносный сервис. Номер грязный. Не просто обшарпанные, а ободранные обои, кое-как повешенные занавески. Не было даже зубной пасты и щеток. Халат тоже пришлось выпросить. Но есть и плюсы, которые несколько сглаживают впечатление. Это удобное расположение гостиницы в центре на берегу Волги, с отличным видом на реку. Качественная еда в кафе-ресторане (завтраки включены в стоимость проживания) Бесплатная камера хранения. которой можно воспользоваться до времени отправления поезда даже после отъезда из гостиницы. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый.
