Arrived at hotel & was told there will be no aircon thru out our 5 nights stay. Either we open the window or request for fan. Front desk staff are very helpful & send the fan to our room. The aircon is still working but stay at 26 deg. If travelling to other province, Hongqiao railway station is very near but if go to city will take 35mins cos there’s always traffic jam. Overall stay was good.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the train station is not too far. The place is clean and the view is pretty good. The staff is really nice.

Its a really tiny room which was perfect for a short stay while in transit. The staff is very polite and helpful but there was no one to assist with bags.
The highlight for me was that breakfast is available from 6:30am. The breakfast was delightful and the breakfast time was perfect considering the next journey began at 8am.
The hotel is basically within proximity of Hongqaio railway station but the driving route requires at least 15mins so plan accordingly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the Hongqiao transport hub. There is a wonderful choice of eateries on a food street just across the road and the breakfast at the Mercure is also copious and delicious. Excellent service, very friendly staff who do everything to provide a pleasant environment for their guests. I am familiar with the Mercure chain and I would not hesitate to give this top class hotel a five star recommendation in all categories.

We were very blessed as the check in team helped us to check in earlier. This was a huge relief for us as we arrived in Shanghai early morning and were so tired after a red eyed flight. When the team knew we will be leaving 5:30am the following day, they also arranged for us to switch the breakfast plan. Thank you so much to Ms Zhang Han & Ms Tian Qi (I am sorry if I spelt your name wrongly). We are grateful for your kind understanding and flexibility to our situation. We hope to return to Mercure in the future

Taxi is not allowed to eneter. Had bad experienece when reached the hotel.
AC was not ON.
Language is vey big problem

Location is within a office/business complex about 1.5km from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station. Arrived late at night and taxi is having slight difficulty locating the hotel as the area was completely dark with no street lighting. Room size is decent and amenities are good. Good for business traveler seeking good and quiet rest.

The hotel is located inside a business complex hub. It is within the walking distance in 15 min to Hongqiao High Speed Train Station.
Quiet rooms and the staff are very friendly. Thanks for their hospitallity services.
