The rooms were fine, clean, big bathroom, close to the train station. One thing that needs to be mentioned - Premier Queen room does not mean - queen sized bed. The english translation is quite deceiving. The bed is quite small. If you are staying with 2 people, you will need to stay in a larger room.

Room size - smaller than indicated Location - 5 minute walk from subway Service - the worst and most unprofessional reception that I’ve encountered, and I’ve been travelled to many countries. Amenities - the washer/dryer was great, there’s a kitchen, but no cooking utensils at all, there’s also a decent size fridge which was nice, but it was so loud that we had to unplug it so we can get some sleep. We made a remark during check out, the response from reception was “do you know how much a good fridge cost? You can just simply unplug it” Wow … That was totally unexpected and unacceptable!!

The room is surprisingly big, i like the high ceiling. Room is basic but nice for the price. Bed is pretty comfortable. 24 hr desk is helpful esp when i arrived early in the morning. There was some smell in the bathroom, maybe the sewage, not a big problem but something to improve on. Also lots of smoking smell in reception area. Overall, it was a nice stay at the hotel.

The bathroom was stinking, and even the room had a bad smell similar to smoking, but worse than smoking. Somehow, I managed to convince them to clean. The location is very good but overall not good hotel. There was a lady when i was leaving, she was really helpful. I don't know her name.

When I came to the apartment it was visually clear, but after some time I saw there were short black hairs on my bed and a very big tuft of hair on a shelf in bathroom accompanied with an open razor blade. The staff never cleaned the room while I was staying there and there was no hot water in the beginning of my stay. On the second day, after my third complaint they fixed it. However tap water ran very slowly. The location is good. There are many shops nearby and stock markets are also there. Convenient transportation. The view from my room was on a garbage sorting station. You can see people working and hear them arguing. As well as you can feel the smell outside sometimes.
