Atour Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui Pudong South Road

We booked one nite for a family size room with two double beds, ratings per above, however the wall partitioning with the next room is not sound proof and next door neighbor room was extremely noisy rowdy with the singing drinking noises that we couldn't sleep well throughout the nite

ATOUR appears to be our trusted brand for this trip. Small but well managed with remarkable service standards. This property is pretty new and fully equipped with smart devices and laundry facilities. Its breakfast also has good quality and properly offered. The beds are very comfortable and free of smoking odor. The only I like least is the location,. Despite 700-800 metre distance from its nearest metro, there are no elevators/escalator to facilitate the ppl who travel with big luggages given there is turnel on the way to the hotel. If not using taxi, better use a bus from Lujiazui metro station.

The hotel location is great. Restaurant, groceries, malls, train stations are just few minutes walk distance. The Service are amazing! 2 thumbs up! The hotel is super clean. They have internal laundry and dryer that you can use it anytime 24 hours. Breakfast are great, lots of varieties. If only they can also serve butter for the bread would be better. The hotel also provide free light supper at 9.30 pm. Front desk, house keeping staffs are all very friendly and super helpful. When i moved to another room, they also helped to move my lugggages and clothes. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. I will surely come back and stay in this hotel again next time.

I really enjoyed staying at this Atour hotel. Though not grand nor fancy, the hotel made me feel at home. Clean, comfortable and friendly. I was able to access laundry, nice breakfast, late night snack... Subway station and commercial area are all within short walk. Highly recommend! I can't wait to check out another Atour hotel.

Superb experience! First time to Shanghai, staff was extremely helpful and nice. Went out of their way to assist as much as possible. Nearby eateries and metro station is just a breeze walk away. There’s also a place to massage just right below the hotel. Highly recommend . Just want to give a shoutout to a staff named 永淇 . His hardworking and passion should be recognised by the organisation.

i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. everything was great except clean service. but its not bad as its other comments as written down before. laundry service was really helpful. i would try other atour hotel if i travel china again

Location is really good and convenient for everything including banking. Service is great and room is really clean. Breakfast is good and it would be better if you can add more variety of choices.
