Loved the duplex room! Bus station right in front of the hotel but only problem is that the room was a bit too dark.

The hotel is excellent in terms of room and staff. Location is not the best and hard to get taxis

Room carpets are not clean and amenities are limited. hotel doesn't feel like a four star hotel.

The Stay was very Comfortable
A must visit hotel, Clean and tidy rooms.
Be careful they don’t have buffet breakfast so plan your breakfast accordingly

I had chosen this hotel based on it's location in the financial district. The nearest metro station, Hailun Road, is approx. 15 minutes walking. Downtown Shanghai is only a few metro stations away. It is an older hotel with relative large hotel room. Our room was on the 18th floor and quiet. Unfortunately only one staff member speaks English and she was working on the evening of arrival and the morning of departure. Other staff only speaks Chinese. This is a challenge as Google Translate is blocked. The internet connection in our room wasn't working during our stay. We were advised to use the internet of other hotel rooms (less strong and fast).

Not a pleasant one. Quite dirty, old, and there's smell. Not recommended for families.
