Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel

It was in a great location for what I needed. The room was clean and orderly. But I got in late, around 10, went to my room then the bar for a drink. They told me they were closed but to call the front desk for room service and they can help me. I tried to reach the front desk for room service at about 10:30-11:00pm and received no answer. I gave up on that. The breakfast was good. Both western and Chinese style. The view is great! They have a sauna and a steam room in the ladies room on the way to the pool. The pool is nice and was not overcrowded even though I visited during a holiday. Since I came late, they gave me late check out which was nice. I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because I could not reach the front desk for room service. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

When we checked in, the room’s shower curtain could not shut. So it’s inappropriate. They came to check and check and check, as if it’s our problem that we can’t close it. Finally at 11pm they changed our room to another room. But overall was a good stay. Just next door to Cloud Nine Mall and Zhongshan Park Metro Line 2.

The check-in service was ok. However, the doorman is really nice, he provided great service with smiles on his face at all times. The room is big and clean. The hotel is one step from a big mall and to the metro line 2, very convenient!

Hotel just located above a large mall and Zhong San park metro station. Very convenient and one of the best location to stay

We stayed at Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel twice during our China trip this time. We had a minor issue with the hotel window during our 1st stay, however the hotel changed our room without asking us to move luggage. The 2nd morning we had the most honest appology from LeeChee when checking out. We decided to book Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel again when came back to Shanghai a week after, and had outstanding customer service from LeeChee once again. I would recommend Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel to any our family and friends.

The hotel was nice. The room was not as nice as I thought it would be but it was suitable. The location was very good.

Great location. I wasn’t impressed with the hotel but other people thought it was one of the best in town. So who am I. The location is the big plus.

The service staff here are friendly and professional. My room is clean and I like the layout of it. I have no complaints. Would stay here again in the future.
