Στις αρχές του 2026, έμεινα σε ένα φανταστικό ξενοδοχείο φιλικό προς τα παιδιά στη Σαγκάη~ Ευχαριστώ πολύ την Jessi για τη θερμή φιλοξενία της ❤️ Κατά το check-in, έδωσε στην κόρη μου ένα πλήρες σετ ζωγραφικής με θέμα τον Leo, και μετά το check-in, έφερε επίσης ένα κέικ, φρούτα και μια χειρόγραφη κάρτα καλωσορίσματος. Ήταν τόσο προσεκτική και εξυπηρετική~ Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχη, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, και το πρωινό ήταν γεμάτο εκπλήξεις, με πολλές νόστιμες κινεζικές λιχουδιές. Όταν φύγαμε, έδωσε στην κόρη μου ένα μικρό μπρελόκ Leo, το οποίο ήταν εξαιρετικά χαριτωμένο!

Nice location and services. I liked the most the lounge at the roof and ith an amazing view to the river

Absolutely loved my stay here! ✨ I was impressed from the very first step into the hotel. The service was exceptional, and every detail made the stay feel special. My room had an incredible view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and waking up to that view was simply breathtaking. 🗼✨ The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Definitely one of the hotels in Shanghai that left a lasting impression on me. I would happily come back again! ❤️

am writing to file a formal complaint about my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. The experience was absolutely unacceptable: · The plumbing was a disaster — the toilet wouldn't flush properly. · The water temperature in the shower was completely unadjustable. I spent 15 minutes twisting the tap all the way to cold, but the water never changed temperature — it stayed scalding hot the entire time. · No basic sofa or settee in the room — nowhere to sit or lie down except the bed. And this wasn't a standard room — this was a suite. · The appliances and furniture look at least 20 years old, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. · I left my phone to charge overnight — I specifically checked that the charger was working before going to bed. Woke up in the morning to find my phone hadn't charged at all. The power outlets work intermittently at best. · The Wi-Fi was terrible — slow and with extremely low data throughput. It kept buffering and disconnecting, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse normally. · No razor provided in the bathroom. · The hairdryer had no attachments — not a single nozzle or diffuser. And to make things even worse, there wasn't a single power outlet in the bathroom. So in a 5-star hotel, I had to dry my hair next to the bed, with no mirror nearby. Absolutely ridiculous. · The breakfast was very mediocre — just a plain omelet with bacon, and they still managed to ruin it. To top it all off, I decided to order room service. The delivery driver dropped off my food at the reception desk at 10:20 PM and sent me a photo as proof. Do you know how long I had to wait for someone to bring it up to my room? 40 minutes. I went down to the front desk twice to ask about my order, and no one even apologized. We're in the 21st century — most hotels have delivery robots that bring food to your door in 5 minutes. Here, I paid three or four times as much and received this level of service. It's simply insulting. I have already canceled my second night and am checking out early. For this kind of money and with this kind of service, this stay was a complete disgrace. I expect a substantial refund for the night I actually spent here.

I spent several nights in a Bund View King Room. Watching the city lights come on along the Bund was a memorable experience. The room itself felt comfortable and the large windows ensured that the view was always the focal point.

Very nice. They gave us a cake for a birthday gift, and they have a speaker in the room.

It was a fantastic stay with Ritz Carlton Shanghai. You can enjoy the very nice location with an amazing view. Staffs are super friendly, kind and very supportive. It was our last night stay in Shangai. And Ms. Yana makes our stay even more perfect. She speaks English very fluently, Chinese and even Korean. We were soooo impressed by her perfect service. We almost forgot my husband's birthday, but she gave us nice surprise with a cake and rose. Thank you so much!! We will definitely coming back soon!!

Great room and view Services is top tier

The room is clean and the view is fantastic! All the staff are friendly. The ambience of the place is nice. The hotel is surrounded by malls and Pearl Tower and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium are within walking distance. There is a bridge linking them all. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Shanghai.
