Awesome hotel! I visited here for my birthday. It was a lovely. The reception Lyren who check for me in was professional with helpful and English speaking desk clerks. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The room was spacious with a great view of the city, truly a 5 diamond experience.

The hotel is an exquisite retreat that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby Ms. Jane provided an unparalleled hospitality and the hotel provided a sense of luxury. We would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and the food is always fresh. Not to mention the comfortable beds. The service was amazing especially from Lyren who works at the front desk. He was very professional, easy goingand always shows her smile. We had such awonderful experience staying here.And also will come back next time!

Having just had surgery on my hip and being new to China, this was an ideal hotel for my relaxing recovery. The facilities in the room were exceptional, and the hospitality was 1st class.
My short stay was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Una.
Throughout my stay, Una went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, Una's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
