it was good for having a relaxing time and getting out of the city but not too far from it. very accessible now as it is only about 1 km from the subway station, too bad it is a very lean season so the hotel was really quite, no breakfast buffet offered at the time I stayed but I had a wonderful brunch at Royal Restaurant, the Chinese dim-sum buffet resto at the hotel, delicious food and had a good offer too at only 99 rmb. although the hotel is niw a bit old as it used to be Sofitel Sheshan, I bet this place is busy during summer since there is a big pool outside and beautiful garden too. Thanks for the friend staff Sue and Bill.

A bit like a ghost town, with very little tourists there. Was quite a good experience regardless, and having the entire restaurant serving breakfast to me only

awesome hotel. its my second time stayed there and the experience was just as the first time. they all were really nice. good english. good service. perfect for family. i would absolutely recommend to my friends

Good place to go with kids. There is a lot of fun activities in the Hotel. The outdoor swimming pool is really nice. We had an excellent experience!

The weekend were for the kids, all they wanted was an outside pool and an indoor playground, and they loved it!
I personally thought it was ok, pool not deep enough for them to swim, but great depth for them to play and had a slight! Indoor Playground much too expensive, but the Service and look after the kids and choice to play were excellent! All in all I only can say, Happy kids, Happy parents! I plan to stay there again, just for the kids.

Great weekend stay! The hotel is seems well taken care of. Staff is friendly, and polite. We loved the service and the buffet at the restaurant. Our room was decently spacious with a balcony. The indoor (big!) good playroom was other highlight, though you have to pay a fee to enter. The only setback was that the outdoor (beach like) swimming pool was closed.
