Clean and decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast had a good spread of Chinese and western food. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood with great choices of restaurants and coffee shops around. There’s a century mall at a walking distance for shopping.

I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I feel like the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good because I am just talking on the phone with my family. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

It's a comfortable stay and the connection to the city is wonderful. Everything by the corner makes it super comfortable. And the best was my robot delivery...

The bed and Wi-Fi speed were comfortable. The toilet lever and shower outlet switch were a little broken.

Great location and very welcoming staff. Kevin at the reception was very friendly, spoke great English and helped me with a late check out. You can't beat this location and price. The hotel is a bit old but it's not overpriced and this is a great budget option if you want to stay in the center of the city. Breakfast is decent with mostly Chinese food and okay variety.

Location was ok, near a shopping center with lots of nice eating options, but not as close to a subway station as I would have wanted. Room was borderline clean, some stains on furniture and carpet. Shower was good size, but I was expecting a bathtub, so this was a turn off for me. Bed was comfortable and room was nice size.

Everything is fine with the hotel itself, the location is good, but it just speaks volumes that the best staff employee is a robot. At check in the front desk guy gave me the room card and literally ran away in a random direction. Then in the middle of the night I had a problem getting direction and all the hotel staff said was sorry while shrugging their shoulders. The service is just horrible.

Hotel room smelt like cigarettes when we ordered a family room. Carpet was old and dirty. I thought there would be more shops around the area and closest metro was a 10min walk. Breakfast was the only highlight.
