Clean hotel service is good and friendly staff . The room cleaning aunty is very nice too , she will greet us wherever we go out or come back to our room . Breakfast is good and walking distance to Nanjing walking street is around 10mins .

Great experience! The location is within walking distance to the bund and nanjing pedestrian street. Everywhere is easy to access by taxi. The service was fantastic and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We requested to change rooms for more space which were happy to assist us with. Breakfast was great with many options. You can easily order food online and they have a little robot that delivers it to you room. There is a small gym and laundry service as well. You simply drop off your clothes and they can wash and dry, and fold it for you. Very responsive staff. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good location. It’s nearby to The Bund and Nanjing East Road, about 5 mins walking distance only. And the convenient store Family Mart also 2 mins walking distance can reach. Hotel staffs very nice, friendly and helpful, they solved every problem we need. The hotel room and toilet everything very clean and neat, mattress also feel comfortable to sleep. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Next time will be back again for sure!

Hotel location is superb, closed to nanjing shopping street and the bund. Lots of eateries around th area. Staff are very helpful. Free use of washer and dryer. Room is clean with basic amenities. Will consider to stay when next visit Shanghai.

excellent location. less than 10min walk to nanjing east road stn. 5min walk to the bund. the pedestrian shopping street is also within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious. Laundry room is free to use. you can indicate your room number and if you are not there to keep your laundry, the service aunty will help you pack into a plastic bag for you to collect later. i will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience especially the services. I always have trouble with my clothes (have to wait to get it done), the hotel provide the laundry service for free where there’s someone to help you with the wash, dry and wait. Friendly staff as well with a little token upon checkout.

start with the room, it is quite small yet comes with everything you needed for good rest and recharge. I also like to give kudos to the staffs who are very helpful and offer assistance to wash and dry our clothes despite we are away from the self-service area. I also want to call out the "supper" (Between 9:30 - 11:00pm) that offer to the hotel guest with no cost incurred. It is definitely a stay that exceeded my expectation, and it will be an icing on the cake if you are a Mandarin speaker, otherwise it can be quite a roller coaster for you.
The only negative point is the "gym" -＞ it is very small, and ill-equipped for gym junky. The treadmill is not functioning properly (run on it at your own risk!) - If you are someone like me to consider "gym" as one of the important criteria for hotel selection, this hotel is regrettable a "pass" for you.

Impeccable service by a very enthusiastic and young counter staff, who are all very eager to help with our requests - from ordering pizza and bubble tea, to collecting our Taobao packages. Room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were here for a full week, and will come back!
