Great location and nice welcome lobby area. The general feeling is positive. The rooms are clean and comfortable

Unfortunately the time I stayed had construction so was quite loud (although the hotel warned us ahead of arrival as warning). Location is great for surroundings. Can be hard to locate on Didi due to many different branches also being in the same city.

Manager super helpful - the member of staff completely useless. Lost my phone and couldn’t speak Chinese, so asked the staff on duty to help me but for some reason they were unwilling to help.
Had to wait several hours to actually get any kind of help

Good hotel location in a downtown of Shanghai . Have KFC and many stores with international grocery .

First room smelled like sewage but they swapped the room over fairly quickly and the second room didn't smell like sewage

The service matched the price paid. The room was clean and the staff very diligent and professional. The hotel is located right in the busy center of the city and it’s close to almost everything. The subway station was not too far and the bars were even closer. I would book it again if i have to go to Shanghai any other time.
