Perfect! We had a family room with very spacious place and everything is just perfect from the day we arrived till we left. We booked this hotel as it is near to Disneyland and Pudong airport. The hotel provided free shuttle bus service and we love the complementary porridge that was prepared for the guest at night.

The family room is very nice, we got a Lotso theme.
I plan to go to Disneyland ,the hotel has a bus for Disneyland and the way back to the hotel, bus leave once it is full fireworks.

If I ever were to revisit Shanghai Disney, I’ll stay here again. The shuttle bus makes it extremely convenient, the location is near a train station to head to city Center about 40mins away, and the hotel isn’t too far from the airport. I prefer this location to the city as it is quiet yet safe, felt comfortable going for my morning runs around the business district.

We were pleasantly delighted with the hello kitty room. Hotel provided porridge from 9pm and free shuttle to and from Disneyland. Lots of snacks and drinks at the lobby. Room was clean and comfy. I would recommend this hotel for family visiting Disneyland. Love to come back again.

Above average for a 4 star hotel, had good nights sleep for sure. Only downside is the location, far from everywhere except the Disneyland. To be honest, we might choose somewhere in the CBD next time.

We booked this hotel due to nearby Disneyland park, but every service in the hotel is incredible and gorgeous. The breakfast line is delicious. There are many routes of the hotel shuttle bus that can bring you to connect many destinations. I really impress with every hotel staff and concierge that they provide excellent services for us. I really recommend for others to visit this hotel when they want to come to Shanghai next time!

Excellent location if you are going to Shanghai Disneyland. Family Theme Room is spacious enough. Service from staff is excellent. Water heater system is poor, takes a long while to heat up and tend to overheat. Amenities abit rundown.
