The room is big and clean. All staffs are very helpful. You can visit Dienayland by using hotel's shuttle service which is very convenient.

A good choice for family planned to go Disneyland. The hotel provided free shuttle bus for airport/hotel/ airport , hotel/Disney/hotel. It's worth the price.

This hotel is wonderful and a perfect location for those traveling to Disneyland. The hotel does have a shuttle, must reserve in advance as well. The hotel room, is spacious and equipped with all the toiletries you need. The hotel is comfortable and quiet during the night. The breakfast was delicious and worth eating. A mixture of western and Asian foods. I would like to stay here again and travel to Disneyland again. Thank you for the stay!

Very clean room, friendly staffs who are always ready to help, amazing food although a little bit pricy, very convenient shuttle bus service which sent you to & from disneyland carpark, nearby railway station and airport at specific booked time, free baby cradle & free laundry service are amazing too!!! Overall, it was totally worth it🙌🏻

Nothing much to explore around the area except for Disneyland. So either have meals at Disneyland or at the hotel. Alternatively you can also order food delivery (requires a local number) where they have an area to collect all food deliveries. Wonderful breakfast spread. Hotel offers free shuttle to/from Disneyland which makes it very convenient (leaves on time or when it’s full). Have a kids play area within the hotel. Free self service laundry offered at the hotel too.

Perfect hotel for families who plan to visit Shanghai Disneyland! It’s just 5 mins away from Disneyland and the hotel provides free bus shuttle service to Disneyland and back.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, Hotel provide bus, shuttle service to n fro to Disneyland. They also provide kids toiletries, stools, and slippers. we book the room with the little tent and my little one enjoy it so much. There is nothing much nearby you can order delivery to Hotel. Free laundry service is provided too! will stay again, if going to Disneyland 

Is near and convenient if you are going to Disneyland with free shuttle. Family type room amenities are tip top on the check in day but for the rest of the stay did not add for kids type amenities..

We love this hotel for its spacious room and cleanliness. They provide a shuttle bus services to the Disney park and it only takes 5 minutes drive! There is also a free laundromat for guests to use which we love. However we realised some guests tried to cheat the system and trouble staff to help them wash instead of queueing up like how it should be. Fancy queuing after midnight only to have your queue cut by someone who aren’t physical there. I mentioned we love the shuttle bus which was very convenient. However on the last day of Disney something disappointing happened. We decided on the 930pm shuttle bus and the bus wasn’t there when we arrive but that is okay. A family of less than 5 pax was already in the queue and had been harping to the driver and loudly that they are a group of 19 pax. Their other 14 pax family members came after me and other guests and conveniently went to the front of the queue. After the bus arrived their head of family blocked the door and did not allow other guests up. When we tried to go first. They said we were cutting their queue and told us to go behind. In the end other guests were almost asked by the driver to take the next shuttle bus which was 10pm. This is very ridiculous as everyone has been queuing up group by group and it has been a first come first serve basis in Disney park. The hotel should not allow this to happen again where a proper queue flow was not established. It is unfair to others who took the effort to come early for the bus.
