All my hotel stayed was very pleasant. The facilities and the service were great. I would mainly like to thank to Irish and Tina at the restaurant area and to Necia at the front desk, they were always too kind with my and also with my friends.

The ambiance is very relaxing. The location is next to Lidoway, a lane where you can find different restaurants. Customer service is superb especially the in-house restaurant. Breakfast has a good variety.

We are a family of four with 2 kids. For us adults, it's been a while since we had a spa experience and The Senz reminded us how relaxing it is. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, it was big and clean. The food choices are all yummy. All the staff, especially the Filipino staff are all accommodating and very gracious. Overall, it's a staycation worth visiting again very soon.

Great experience at Senz Hotel & Spa. The staff is friendly and polite. Kudos to the very admirable, friendly and welcoming hotel manager, Zed Chen. This hotel is a cozy & perfect place to relax outside the busy city. Amenities are clean and the hotel has a very enticing smell. Will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a couples Valentine's getaway. The staff were amazing, truly attentive and professional! The staff at both the main desk and in the restaurant were exemplary. We booked a package that included an afternoon tea, a dining voucher and breakfast. The afternoon tea was delightful and presented very well, the dinner was of average quality but the staff made the visit worthwhile. Breakfast featured a wide range of both Western and Chinese choices, so there was something for everyone.
Our main reason for staying was to access the spa facilities, but we were disappointed that the jacuzzis in both the male and female changing areas were not working, and were rebranded as 'cold pools' which was very unfortunate- there was no all-gender jacuzzi as far as we could tell, which was also disappointing in itself. The sauna rooms in both changing areas were turned off, and we had to ask a member of staff to turn on the heat for us. Since the hotel is spa/wellness based, the only option being a standard swimming pool was a huge downside! We had booked this hotel for the spa facilities, and wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for good facilities unless you are maybe looking to book one of the expensive massage packages. The hotel itself is lovely with well maintained rooms and fantastic staff, but the spa element was a letdown.

We had a superb experience here at The Senz Hotel &Spa! Manager Zed Chen’s service is really an extraordinary one. All staffs are also very nice and polite. Will definitely come back again and again. A must stay! Will recommend to everyone.

A great stay experience, enjoyed the amenities and had a happy time at the pool with famfriends, also Manager Zed is very friendly and helpful. Must come try their service and feel relaxing stay.

The Senz is a beautiful hotel. The location is nice right near a pedestrian zone with Western Restaurants, Starbucks and Asian restaurants, hairdresser, shops. The rooms are nice, using nice toiletries from L'Ocitane. My daughter (11) and I enjoyed the pool and the nice breakfast. The breakfast was not special but enough choice for Western and Asian dishes.
