Ji Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport Free Trade Zone)

The location is near to the airport with shuttle bus service. The hotel has great amenities and facilities. We would like to thank every team member of Ji Hotel, specially to Sir Satoru for excellent service. Excellent service of the bot who served us deliveries.

Had an early morning flight and choose this hotel because of the convenience of the location, just 20 mins drive away from Putong airport. However, the sound proof of this hotel is so bad. I can hear every door shut and ppl talking in the corridor. In the wee hours a bunch of guests arrive and they chatted among themselves in the room on the same floor as me without closing their door and I can hear every single words they talked about. It went on for more than half an hour and I have to go up to them to tell them close their doors so that the other guests can sleep. Quite disappointed with the staffs as they did nothing. We are on the first floor and the corridor is right next to the reception, I bet the staffs can hear them talking loud and clear but no one advise them to close their doors.

Good location near airport and great choice if u fly to Shanghai at night time

On time shuttle to airport, free self laundry. Room temperature is not comfortable as only had the heater option. A window can open but did not help a lot even with heater off because weather was not that cold that day. Receptionist just told us to off the heater and open the window, that's the only solution given.

Clean and comfortable, the room was great.Especially the service at the front desk, meticulous and thoughtful.Thanks for helping me with the delivery.

There is free shuttle bus pick up from the airport to hotel.

Good for stopping by for awhile when i had a night flight to shanghai as it is near before travelling to the city the next day

The room is clean and fully equipped. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and robots for everyone to use for free.

An amazing hotel near the airport! I arrived at midnight and called the hotel, and they sent a shuttle just for me. Room is modern with wood tones, with a huge Tv, heated towel racks, bidet, and rain shower head. Especially cute is the tea pot for making Kong Fu tea. Amazing quality and spread for breakfast!!
