Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast had good western options and room service had a good selection too. Next door is a little mall with a Subway, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Watsons and a bakery among other food places. The room at times had a bit of an unpleasant smell and was a bit dusty in places but nice overall.

On the photos this hotel looks very good, but in real life it is just a standard overpriced hotel. During the business trip I wasn’t allowed to book a meeting room, though these meeting rooms were free. The concierges at the lobby wearing Golden Keys sign what looks like a fake, because they didn’t help to solve any problems related to my accommodation and only told me the standard phrases to make me leave faster. Before staying at this hotel, I recommend you to check once again if there any other hotels available in Shanghai, because for this price you will find a better variant.

Service and facilities are quite ordinary, in the middle of nowhere; not convenient to go anywhere. Will not book again.

Hotel was conveniently situated, close to the hospital which I was visiting. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with quite a selection which would cater for all palates.

Room was fine, but required an extra 1000rmb deposit that wasn't returned. When I noticed & chased the hotel for it over a week later, only then did they finally give it back... and not even a "sorry"! Inexcusable service.
Keep a close eye on your bank balance if you go here, they might keep your deposit, too.

Check in was a bit awkward, the desk to obtain free parking was next to the check in desk. There was no one else checking in at the time, I figured our front desk lady could help complete the parking refund for us. That would save trouble. We had to go over to the desk, get a receipt, go back to the front desk then back to the parking desk again. Not smooth. Swimming pool facilities were not bad, sauna, gym all quite good.
