Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε Pujiang Town, Σανγκάη

The overall stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which was great, and the family room we booked this time was very good. The free parking was also very convenient. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips in the area. We stayed for 5 days, and during our stay, we had to change our booking, but the front desk was incredibly helpful and cooperative. We were very satisfied! Thank you!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pujiang was absolutely fantastic, a solid five-star experience! From the moment we stepped into our room, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable; families with kids can even let their little ones run around barefoot without a worry. The room itself was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. A special shout-out to the Borghese toiletries and the thoughtful wet/dry separation in the bathroom – these small details really highlight the quality. 🍽️ **A Feast for the Senses, a Culinary Delight** The hotel's dining options were definitely a major highlight! Breakfast at the Cafe Agora offered a huge variety, from an extensive selection of Chinese and Western hot dishes and delicate pastries, to adorable cartoon buns and freshly made Shanghainese wontons and noodles – something to delight both adults and children. Moreover, the dinner buffet was incredible value for money. It featured succulent grilled fish, shrimp, and various meats, along with authentic local small dishes and crayfish. The DIY ice cream station in the dessert area was an extra touch of joy!

My overall stay exceeded expectations! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, with a full set of toiletries, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm. It was very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and public transport is easily accessible. The value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling.

Let me talk about the shortcomings first: the sound insulation is too poor, especially the door, someone passing by the aisle, talking very loud, and being awakened 1 time a night. In addition to poor sound insulation, others are ”surprises”: 1. Check in during the New Year's Day holiday. I entered the front desk and learned that it was a child's exam. I quickly cleaned the room and let me check in at 10 o'clock, so that the child can rest at noon after the first exam and serve 5 stars. 2. The hotel at this price is clean and tidy, with 5 stars. 3. The unique corner sofa in the room meets different needs, especially suitable for 2 people to work and study, 5 stars.

Location: Half of the Didi (ride-hailing) drivers got lost. It's at a crossroads, so parking is indeed a bit difficult. Ambiance: Besides going back to the room to rest, and waiting for a car outside the hotel entrance, I didn't see much of the other facilities. But overall, it's okay. Room: Large and clean. The bathtub was good, and the bed was super big, though the bedding was a bit mediocre. The room's blackout curtains were effective. Value for money: Very good.

I highly recommend the Intercity Hotel; my stay here was absolutely fantastic, a definite five-star experience! The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the lobby is clean and spacious. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and processed check-in quickly and efficiently, providing excellent and thoughtful service. My room was spotless, with a well-designed and spacious layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided, with a consistent hot water supply. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, combining both Western and Chinese options, and tasted delicious. The hotel's location is superb, making travel convenient, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Very close to the subway station, and the front desk staff were excellent, making our stay very convenient. The cleaning lady was also very kind. Overall, a great experience!

Having stayed at hotels across the country, this was my first time experiencing such a terrible breakfast buffet. Here are the issues: 1. One restaurant staff member chatted loudly with a cleaning attendant throughout the meal. Their voices were so loud that they were clearly audible across the entire dining area, severely disrupting the dining atmosphere. 2. During the meal, dirty dishes were left uncollected on tables, accumulating on multiple tables. There was essentially no floor service. 3. The dish collection area generated extremely loud banging noises from colliding plates and bowls, with no noise reduction management whatsoever. 4. I personally approached the front desk staff to report the noise issue. The employee remained engrossed in their phone the entire time, neither responding nor taking any action, completely disregarding the guest's complaint. I would like the hotel to provide a clear answer: Does your establishment have basic behavioral standards and on-site management for frontline service positions? Is the store's management aware of such instances of employees not fulfilling their duties and ignoring guest complaints? I expect a written response and an explanation of corrective actions, not a templated reply. I also urge the hotel management to review the surveillance footage from September 6th after 9:30 AM to see the actual situation. I am truly disappointed.

The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature. All the staff were incredibly helpful. I had some unfinished business, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM. Thumbs up!

The room is clean and the front desk guy has a very good attitude. I have stayed in this hotel several times. I didn’t enjoy breakfast because I was seeing a doctor. I went to try breakfast today. Although there are not many varieties, it tastes pretty good, especially the aunt who cooked the wontons. The attitude is very good and the food is delicious. The price/performance ratio is really good all season long.
