This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly to any requests. I was pleasantly surprised to find they've added washing machines and dryers – it made doing laundry while traveling so convenient, a real must-have! Plus, the hotel thoughtfully switched out the warm-toned lights for brighter white ones, which makes everything clearer and more comfortable. The attention to detail is superb, and the value for money is outstanding. I genuinely recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay at Platinum Hanjue hotel. The hotel especially the room is beautiful, spacious and most importantly is very clean and well maintaned. Service is good. Staffs are very supportive and provide quick response whenever you need. The hotel is near SJTU/ Jiaoda, very close to shopping areas, resto and metro so it is easy to go places. The hotel has its own 24 hours resto/ready to eat meals so whenever you are hungry, you can easily get something to eat.

My stay was great! The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you could need. They even have a free laundry room, and if you're too busy to do it yourself, the staff will help out, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. Plus, it's very close to Jiaotong University, making it super convenient for getting things done.

I took my child to participate in an event and booked a room temporarily. It was very close to the event venue. The room was spacious, bright and quiet. The girl at the front desk was beautiful and kind, very helpful. The overall experience of this stay was very good.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered good value for money. The reception staff were friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station, making it simple to get around the city. Although it is slightly outside the busy city center, that was actually a plus as the area was quieter and less crowded, allowing for a more relaxing stay. Overall, a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel with good service, cleanliness, and convenient transportation links. I would happily stay here again.

The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and bright, and the beds were comfortable and easy to sleep in; the breakfast selection was plentiful and fresh. The location is close to attractions and convenient for transportation. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit weak, but overall it offers great value for money and is suitable for short trips.

Stayed here during my trip to see the Shanghai Masters tennis. The room itself was quite old, and I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the air conditioning unit, as there was visible black mildew inside. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, and were more than happy to use a translator to communicate which helped my stay be much more comfortable. Thank you!

The room was spacious and bright, and being able to watch the sunset from it was absolutely wonderful. The environment was great, and the service was superb; they were always ready to help. They even upgraded my room and allowed for a late check-out. The room was very clean, and I had an incredibly comfortable stay—definitely a five-star review! They also helped me find items I'd left behind and mailed them back to me. Highly recommend!

The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. When you enter the door, you will take the initiative to say hello and guide. When you have questions, you will patiently answer them. There is no impatient performance throughout the whole process. The service details are done. The business double room is upgraded to a deluxe double room for free. Say breakfast details carefully. Everything is very gentle and enthusiastic, so people can live at ease. Awesome!
