Staying at the Intercity Binjiang Hotel this time, I truly felt the warmth of home. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the floor attendants, with their constant smiles, kept asking if we needed anything. The hotel's digital management system is very advanced. It's also very close to Binjiang Dream Center, which is bustling at night, feeling like a second Xintiandi. This place is definitely worth revisiting. Thank you, Intercity Hotel, you're great!

My friends and I specifically chose this e-sports hotel for our gaming session, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations – it definitely deserves a huge thumbs-up! First off, the PC setup, which was our top priority, was absolutely top-notch. The graphics card and processor were both powerful, allowing us to play several major AAA games smoothly without any frame drops or lag. The monitors were high-refresh rate, providing clear and detailed visuals, and the peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headphones) felt great. It's clear the hotel invested heavily in their hardware. The room environment and service were also a pleasant surprise. As soon as we walked in, it felt clean and tidy, without that typical internet cafe smoke smell. Instead, there was a faint, pleasant aroma. The bedding was comfortable and soft, perfect for resting after a long gaming session. The room also thoughtfully provided a mini-fridge, snacks, and drinks, and the internet speed was lightning-fast with extremely low latency for gaming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in, and they even proactively helped us set up our equipment. All in all, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, perfect for friends to team up and relax. We'll definitely be back next time we want to game together! After staying at Atour Hotel (Binjiang) for 4 days, I upgraded to an Executive Room on the last day because my child wanted a bathrobe, which is a service offered in Executive Rooms. The Executive Room offers a better view than the Deluxe Room and comes with a balcony. There's a sofa on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the night breeze and the urban nightscape from the street below. Upon closer inspection, there are several differences between the Executive Room and the Deluxe Room: the toothpaste is Ora2 mint flavor, mouthwash is provided, there's soda water, a Dyson hair dryer, a bathrobe, and a balcony. The service at Atour is excellent. My child and I had a wonderful time during our stay in Shanghai. Enjoying food and drinks by the Binjiang area at night was very pleasant, and there are many design elements and activities here. I'll definitely stay at Atour again on my next visit to Shanghai. The hotel 'aunts' (staff) are all very nice, polite, and proactively greet guests.

Room was standard for what you get at the Chinese chain hotels, had everything I needed. Lady at reception downstairs was helpful but doesn't speak English I suspect. They apparently don't get many westerners.

Very satisfied, the room is clean and the service is very good. I will stay here next time I travel. It is not far from convenient to take the subway.

dude, these people were awesome.  probably the most happiest people i've encountered at a hotel.  the hotel was a little confusing to find, but only because it isn't sitting on a main street front.  but the inside architecture was neat and clean, too.  very close to where i was performing.  will stay there again. 

The room is great value for money. It's small and only suitable for one person, but the price is cheap, so don't be too picky about cleanliness.

This hotel left a very deep impression on me, the room has windows, the front desk service is also very good, the price is high, it is an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism.

The choice of bag stay, the place is not big, there is air conditioning, TV, wifi, network speed ok, public health, short-term living is no problem

I was mentally prepared before I moved in. After all, you get what you pay for. I can understand the poor sanitary conditions, damp room, musty smell and poor sound insulation, but it is unacceptable that the quilt on the bed is also damp. How can I sleep there? :-(
