The room was absolutely fantastic! They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was incredibly convenient. We're a family of five and the family room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, just right. The hygiene was also great. I loved the industrial-style decor; it looked even better in person than in the pictures. The price was excellent, making it the best value-for-money hotel for an overnight stay before a flight.

Intercontinental Holiday Hotel: A hidden gem near Shanghai Disneyland! The hotel facilities are brand new and perfect for families, with a kids' playground and splash pool – great for kids. The rooms are clean and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service is excellent, making it our top choice for Disneyland trips. Highly recommended for families with children! Their shuttle service to Disneyland, Pudong Airport, and the Wildlife Park is a huge plus. The free Disneyland shuttle (pictured in photo 7) is incredibly convenient, covering both early entry and fireworks return. It's about a 40-minute drive to Pudong Airport, and you can easily get there by ride-sharing or pre-booking the hotel's shuttle. The breakfast is abundant and my kids loved it. We left Shanghai right after Disneyland due to concerns about the white dolphin, otherwise, we would have definitely stayed a few more nights. Service: We arrived quite late, but check-in was very quick, and they helped us with our luggage up to our room floor.

Our stay in the family room was fantastic. The environment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely perfect. It was also incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, there's a fun kids' playground and recreational facilities, and even a Disney gift shop. We'll definitely choose Rezen again next time!

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

i chose a peaceful sleep double bed room but maybe i checked-in late at midnight, I've being assigned a room right above the main door entrance. Two morning around 7 ish, woken up by logistic operation. The room i chose was not included breakfast, but receptionist has been giving me the free coupon for two days, i guess it is some kind of compensation. Overall the room is spacious, new, clean, small laundry for two machines only, small eatery place but enough variety choices for breakfast - it is worth of value.

The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions and requests. If you’re planning a trip to Shanghai Disneyland or the wildlife park and want t save travel time, this hotel is a very good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Shanghai Wild Animal Park! After a tiring day, it's super convenient to just walk back to the hotel, saving so much time and effort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the green view outside the window was really relaxing. I especially want to commend the service; every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was welcoming with a smile and always ready to help, making you feel like an old friend. The breakfast also exceeded expectations, with both Chinese and Western options. The hot congee with side dishes and the freshly made noodles were particularly comforting. We ate well and slept comfortably. We'll definitely stay here again next time; I truly recommend it!

Compared with many five-star hotels, it was finally finalized here, and there was no thunder in the whole process. The concierge took the initiative to help with luggage, check-in efficiency was high, and the high-floor room type was upgraded intimately, and the view was directly full. The decoration of the guest rooms is simple and high-end, the lighting is transparent, the cleaning control details are in place, the gaps and floor drains are not dusty, the ventilation is dry and there is no stuffy smell; the mattress pillows are moderately soft and hard, and the journey is relieved of fatigue when lying down. The double-layer sound insulation is isolated from the street noise, and I wake up naturally when I sleep.

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.

One of the best locations , very near to metro station.Front desk was very cooperative, helpful and always smiling and welcoming.Though language barrier was there but we didn't feel anything because of their wonderful behaviour . If I visit shanghai again I will definitely stay in this hotel only.I wish them all the best.
