Iberotel Palace - Adults Only 16+

Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

Stayed for a week and I can’t thank the staff enough they work hard very polite and make you feel welcomed the room was lovely and clean looked out on to the pool ground floor 2110 which I would request again overall the whole complex is very clean lovely clean beach food at the beach bar was my go to for lunch breakfast was ok evening meal was ok the 2 other restaurants Ali Baba and Toscana you can visit was good food as well you can only use the once a week as they are À la carte was my first time to Egypt I will definitely be back next year can’t fault the place very relaxed evening entertainment was low key the entertainment team spoke every day I would say that the mosquito’s are a problem that’s the only downside to it which has not put us off from travelling back there nothing was problem for any of the staff working there.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. All the staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most staff can speak English and the ones that can't still help regardless. There is a lot of food choice, not the same everyday. The quality of the food and the care they take in presenting shows how much effort has been put into making your experience the best possible. Stayed in a Superior Queen room with a garden view, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The garden and all areas around the resort are beautifully maintained. Plenty of activites going on daily, there is something for everyone. Staff don't expect a tip but when given they accept humbily. You receive the same attention whether you tip or not. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for some winter sun and a place to relax and re-charge.

A fantastic hotel with superb staff and food. Nothing is any trouble. It's handy to have a pen & a photograph of your passports on your phone/tablet, the details are needed to complete the Egypt landing cards, these are usually handed out on the flight an hour or so before landing. No visa charge is payable unless your travelling out of Sharm or staying more than 15 days! USA dollars are best value for Visas because its £25, $25 or €25. We used Sharm Travel Club private transfers £20 return, they are even cheaper if booked via *********** The food is plentiful and of a variety that you won't struggle to find something you like, Salads, Veg food, and sound, burgers, meats, all served piping hot and cooked as you like by the many chefs. Bottled water is replenished daily in your room, along with quality tea bags and Nescafe coffee satchets. There is a kettle in the room and hairdryer affixed to the wall in the bathroom. There is a free lockable safe in your wardrobe. Along with a limited amount of hangers, I usually take 6 more hangers. USA $1 notes are best for tips as coins are accepted but are a pain for the staff to exchange. The room TV is good with a few English channels and the WiFi is good throughout. The main bar closes at midnight and the nightly entertainment finishes around 11pm so there is no problem with noise, the late pub bar down by the beach is open til around 1am and I think aloholic drinks are chargeable after midnight. Special thank you to Mr Ali the hotel manager & the immaculate Mr Yousef guest relations who are always about to help with anything. Mr Osama, Mr Sayed & Mr Sameh who run the bars and restaurants, they ensure your plates are full and your glass never empty. The local Stella draft beer is fine as are the local Gin and other spirits, nothing to stop you buying a bottle of your favourite tipple at duty free and have it on hand in your room if needed to add abit more flavour! Mr Ahmed runs the fabulous reception team and if you need anything from local knowledge or advice they can assist with taxis ect, thanks Mr Farouk. Lastly our room was kept tip top by Mr Mohammed, fun daily towel shapes and all amenities replenished without fuss and always a smile. Thank you everyone and see you all again soon. Stay safe.

I am sitting here with my family (2 adult children with us) ready to go back to the UK and I am reflecting on what a wonderful team of staff you have here at the Iberotel. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. They are always very attentive and go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they always have a smile for you. Special mention to Farouk at reception, Mohammed Ali and Ahmed Mohammed and Sameh - what true stars they are - they honestly know what true customer service is. The hotel is very clean and they are constantly cleaning all surfaces. The hotel room is very spacious and well appointed with huge beds that are very comfortable and the air con works a treat. It has been extraordinarily hot for this time of the year in the 40's and not all areas are air conditioned. The evenings are very hot as well so no time to cool down really. Rooms are cleaned every day and you get given a water bottle and there is a mini bar which is payable. The pool is split into 2 with an upper area with a bar and the lower area. Its not a huge pool but more than enough. Lots of sun loungers but we mostly got our loungers on the lovely beach. There were plenty to choose from. There was a lovely beach bar which served bar snacks from 12.30 til 5.30 like fish and chips and burgers and this is where we ate at lunch times. It was very nice. Make sure you ask for ice creams - they have cornettos! There are 4 restos in total at the hotel 2 of which are a la carte and then 2 others which is buffet and serve the same food in each. They have a range a foods so caters for all tastes so you won't be disappointed. Of course it gets samey after a while but doesn't any all inclusive! The drinks were also good and the measures were large.The Blue marine resto is near the beach and is much smaller and we tended to go into this one. We ate at both a la cartes and enjoyed them both but especially the Italian one. Men must wear LONG TROUSERS in the evening at all restos so be warned! If you are coming for the entertainment team you maybe disappointed as they are around but only really do a show in the evening. Opposite the hotel you can walk to the old town and do your shopping. We also went to Naama bay about 15 mins away £10 in a taxi return and went to Soho square about 25 mins away and £20 in a taxi return. Plenty of shopping to be done if you like copies of brands!!!! Make sure you haggle a lot!!! The hotel has a small boat which takes you to a small cove 3 mins away for snorkeling. We also booked a trip to Turin Island for snorkeling and diving with Naqb Diving centre on site and were not disappointed a really great day out and all the team on the boat were excellent - thank you. The kids also did a 'sofa' watersport which they loved. All in all a great holiday for the 4 of us. I'd like to come again but when its a bit cooler in April or November! Thank you team you were ALL excellent.

Very clean and nice hotel, rooms are big, the staff are doing a great job, the placement is great because is by sea side so you can enjoy either the beach or the pool, by preferences. I’m satisfied about the what the hotel offers and it was a good experience

We recently stayed at the Iberotel Palace for a week at the start of June. We could not thank the amazing staff enough for how much they looked after us! Mohammed at the beach bar was exceptional and would constantly walk round making sure everyone had a drink. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout our entire stay with fresh large bottles water being delivered every day. The food was amazing and everything was freshly made including the salad bar which was the best bit. We did a day out on a Yacht which we booked through the diving centre within the hotel and it was beyond incredible. We went to Tiran Island and two other places to snorkel along the coral and they also provided a bbq and drinks on board the boat which was lovely. Straight across from the hotel is the old town less than a minute walk which has various shops. Overall our week at this hotel brilliant and I hope we return in the near future. Thank you all!

There were elements of the holiday that were brilliant. The staff were friendly (especially Mohammed in the Pool bar and Ahmed the cleaner was great), the beach was fantastic and the rooms were clean and tidy.  However there were some parts that let it down. Some of the decor and buildings are a little tired and need better maintenance. The late checkout we paid TUI for in advance, and confirmed was all sorted when we checked in at the hotel, wasn't sorted and the room was locked early on the day of check out and a lengthy conversation needed with reception to sort. The WiFi was not great, dropping out frequently and only worked in part of the bedroom before disconnecting. The food...was ok...everything was pretty bland and the whole time we were there we had churning stomaches.  The sales people for massages and salon were far too pushy. We are on holiday, we didn't appreciate the almost hard sell approach. If you are going with TUI, don't bother going to the welcome meeting, it's basically a 30 min sales pitch for things that are already on the app, however really recommend the Sharm at night tour and morning buggy desert safari. The entertainment group made an effort to be friendly but the evening entertainment was not good.  Overall a nice stay but wouldn't return.
