Superb location with within walking distance to metro station. Counter staff efficient and able to render assistance whenever possible. Near to amenities, food outlets, shopping malls, supermarket, etc.

The location of the hotel was excellent - super close to restaurants, malls and the subway. The hotel itself was spacious and comfortable but could be cleaner. There was a cigarette smell in the room and the shower had grime. Recommended for the location and the Smart Controls in the room.

The room is clean, new and comfortable.

Hotel is clean, new and super convenient as there’s lots of eateries around it. If you need to buy anything there’s a mall opposite it too. We reach way earlier than the check in time, they’re kind enough to let us check in prior to the time. Overall it was a good stay👍🏻

The hotel service was outstanding than what I had expected. I made a call to the hotel for early check in arrangment. There is a Manager called Liu Yang (not sure the spelling) who could speak a basic English and confirmed to me that we could have early check in without any charges. I was a bit unsure if he could understand wrongly then repeated to ask him 2 times. On the arrival day, the Twin room was available around 9:30am, then of course we got the room without any wonder. During the stay, the staff named 小秋 support us in moving the room. There was a strong smell of smoke once we back from outside. The night shift staff satisfied our request by moving the room at midnight, asked us if we need any medicine since it rained at night. What a kind gesture from the local hotel but high standard

I stay one night, on a business trip. The room was really great!! The stuff really friendly , allowed us to do a late check out. Will definitely come back!!

The front desk service was good, and they took the initiative to change our room to a larger one. The interior was newly painted, the bedding was quite new, and it was clean and hygienic. However, there was no toothbrush provided, so we went down to pick it up. It's probably because my aunt forgot to put it in after cleaning. It's very quiet, and the room has good sound insulation, which does not affect sleep

Excellent location, close to shops and Metro. Room is clean. However, TV reception was not good (kept on buffering) and water was not hot, just warm.

Decent Hotel in a very good tourist location with a shopping mall next door.
