"The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and thorough, truly living up to a five-star standard. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in with politeness, and the concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. Room service was prompt and meticulous. The turndown service even included a special bookmark, which really showed attention to detail. The staff were responsive and enthusiastic, making me feel very welcome. As a hotel that's been open for over thirty years, the facilities do show their age a bit. The bathroom design felt dated, and some room types didn't have a separate shower and bath, meaning I had to shower in the tub, which wasn't the most efficient use of space. The soundproofing was decent; I occasionally heard minor noises from the hallway, but it didn't disrupt my rest overall."

"RANZ Lanzi hotel is just beside Dongmen Liaojie with lots of eateries around and it's super convenient to travel via MRT. The room is big and comfortable with the new towels sealed in plastic bags after every room makeup. In fact, it will be great if you want to go to Hong Kong for a day trip cos it's just 2 stations away from Luohu!"

"I absolutely love it here! Great location, excellent service, lovely rooms, and good value for money. The facilities are top-notch, and it has a great reputation. Plus, it's on a high floor. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Shenzhen. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Xiao Jing, the guest service ambassador, was incredibly helpful – she assisted me with sending a package. She's truly amazing! I hope to see her again on my next visit. Until next time, goodbye Xiao Jing, you good girl!"

"In the bustling city of Shenzhen, every trip feels like a small adventure. This time, I chose the Pengnian Wanli Hotel, and to my surprise, it turned out to be a wonderfully warm and comfortable experience.
Stepping into the hotel lobby, a subtle fragrance greeted me, like a peaceful oasis in the city. Mina, one of the staff members, had a natural and genuine smile, not the usual formal politeness. Like an old friend, she softly asked if I was tired and if I'd like some hot tea. As she processed my check-in, she thoughtfully informed me of the breakfast times and the gym's location. At that moment, the city no longer felt so rushed.
The room was on a high floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the Shenzhen skyline. The sunlight streamed in, making the entire room bright and inviting. After dropping my luggage, the first thing I noticed was the makeup mirror on the vanity. It wasn't large, but the lighting was soft, and the angle was just right, making even someone like me, who rarely wears makeup, want to sit down and take a closer look. Next to it was a small magnifying mirror – a thoughtful touch in the details.
In the bathroom, the smart toilet sat quietly in the corner. Sitting on it for the first time, the warm seat was a pleasant surprise, like a gentle embrace. The wash function and warm air dryer – every button was so considerate. I thought, this must be one of life's little joys – it doesn't need to be extravagant, just perfectly right.
The room's amenities were also comprehensive. The bedding was so soft it made me want to linger in bed, and the TV, audio system, and coffee machine were all perfectly arranged. I brewed a cup of coffee and sat on the sofa by the window, watching the endless stream of cars below, yet my mind felt surprisingly calm.
In the evening, I visited the gym. The equipment was new, the space was spacious, and the night view outside was mesmerizing. After a short run on the treadmill, I felt all the fatigue of the day being carried away with my sweat.
When checking out the next day, the front desk asked again, ”Did you sleep well last night?” I smiled and nodded, thinking to myself that this hotel truly offers great value for money. Not because it's luxurious, but because it handles every detail with warmth, making guests feel comfortable and at home.
If you're in Shenzhen and looking for a place where you can relax both your body and mind, Pengnian Wanli is definitely worth a try."

"I booked this hotel last minute, and it completely exceeded all my expectations! It's about a kilometer from Dongmen Old Street and Luohu MixC, a mere ten-minute walk to both major shopping districts, offering endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; the room was spotless, with no dust or neglected corners, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation with no water stains and fresh, circulating air. The service was warm and thoughtful; the front desk proactively offered complimentary bottled water, and any items requested for the room were delivered immediately. The staff were polite and gentle. The room facilities were new and plentiful, featuring smart home control for everything, a giant screen for movies, a high-pressure shower, and a self-service laundry room with drying capabilities. The mattress was soft and supportive for the back, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely isolating us from the noise of the commercial area. I highly recommend it for travel accommodation.
The hotel's location is its biggest highlight, approximately one kilometer from Dongmen Old Street and Luohu MixC. It offers full coverage of shopping districts, making it a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs, and its proximity to Grand Theater Metro Station makes getting around very convenient. The environment and hygiene were reassuring; cleaning left no neglected corners, the toilet and washbasin were sparkling clean, and the carpet had no dust or odors. The service was attentive and thoughtful; the front desk was staffed 24 hours, online calls for room service were answered promptly, and small issues were addressed by staff immediately upon arrival. The room facilities were brand new, with smart voice control for lights and curtains, a spacious shower with stable water pressure, and ample storage space with tables and chairs. The public areas were clean and tidy, the lounge area was quiet, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a peaceful night's rest free from external disturbances. Overall, the value for money is exceptional."

"The hotel's location is great, though the entrance isn't very obvious – it's actually right across from Huaqiangbei Road. You'll see a lot of international guests coming and going, many of whom are clearly young people visiting from abroad for business or travel. The geographical location is excellent, less than a few hundred meters from Huaqiang Station. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby, making it convenient for exploring various parts of Shenzhen. It can't compare to a grand hotel, but it's clean, which is a major plus.
Try to avoid lower floors, as you'll experience vibrations from the subway passing by, basically from day to night. I was assigned an end room on the second floor, and the subway vibrations were constant throughout my stay, which definitely affected my sleep."

No. 3 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Guangdong"Traveling to Shenzhen with my family, we stayed in the family room at Futian Huanggang Intercity Hotel, Shenzhen, and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it for families with children.
The family room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, offering separate sleeping areas for both adults and children, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Our whole family felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any strange odors, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The lighting was excellent, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of trains passing by at night, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The bedding featured high-end Sealy mattresses, which were both soft and supportive, and there was a choice of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep for both adults and children. The smart home controls throughout the room were a hit with the kids – they loved using voice commands to turn lights on and off, open and close curtains, and adjust the air conditioning. It added so much fun and joy to our stay.
The bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and plenty of hot water with good pressure. After a day of sightseeing, a hot shower was just what we needed to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was a nice touch for cleanliness and peace of mind. The quality toiletries and soft, skin-friendly bathrobes made the experience comparable to a high-end luxury hotel.
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Metro Line 7, making it super convenient for getting around and catching trains. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The staff were all polite and friendly."

"The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be.
The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel.
One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room"
