Location: not in town but close to the border (from HongKong). Food: really really good ~ for Breakfast room and dinner room at Spice restuarant Guest Room: Old style, look not much clean but can accept Hotel Facilities: Clean, but smell smoking everywhere Stuff: very nice and good manner, but most cannot speak English ***The hotel its connected with the big apartment building, lots ot people*** Have 1 mini-mart on the G floor.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very close to Huanggang Port. The check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. I saw Xiaoqiang in the bathroom as soon as I entered the room. The hot water in the shower was very slow and the air conditioner was turned on at 16 degrees. It's windiest, but it takes five hours for the coolness to start. The worst thing is 2-in-1 shampoo + shower gel. Women with long hair get tangled after washing (I bring my own conditioner). Now I see many rooms with It is under renovation, so the carpet in the corridor is rather dirty. It may have rained recently, so there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Pros: Cleanliness is one of the best I ever stayed in the few hotels in Shenzhen, automated lights curtains, very nice bed and pillow and location is good, MRT is just 2mins walk away. Cons: not much sound proofing, can heard door open and close bang at night, phone usb charging point provided so better to bring own cable. Breakfast limited choice and simple and no ear cotton bud. Overall: I’m not a light sleeper and not particular about breakfast so I will stay here again, most important is cleanliness.

It is difficult to find a restaurant near the location, but it is convenient to take a taxi to other shopping malls. Whether it is a northbound or southbound car, you can transfer to the hotel. The hotel is on the terrace of a residential building, from the 2nd to 5th floors. Hotel facilities only 2 have gyms and restaurants, but are clean and complete. The breakfast buffet is very, very rich, beyond my imagination, and for the first time, there are white shrimps in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel location is about 20 minute walk from the Futian Port next to Hong Kong. Room was clean and comfortable. But I personally cannot stand rooms without window, I feel like there was no air and feel like suffocating. Location is city like and close to metro train. Convenient to travel around Shenzhen. Supermarket takes about 10 minute walk.

The hotel bed was really comfortable and they will top up room amenities daily. At the lobby, there is water/small snacks provided with hairbands,clips and even sanitisation wipes. Breakfast was simple but okay. You can always order in food from apps. The hotel was in a more quiet area but overall we had a good rest there.

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

The room was in Jiafu Square, the Four Points by Sheraton sister building, and the Sheraton driver could not find the way. We came down and dragged the box all the way to ask. Stayed for three days, the room has a good view, the Shenzhen River is underneath, not far from the bridge of Futian Port, and the right side of the river is Hong Kong. The room was cleaned very clean and warm, but it was still killing two Xiaoqiang, and the southern cities were inevitable. Everything is fine, if you have to make some suggestions, the sofa and bed are like wooden boards, too hard. Blessed is you who like to sleep on a hard bed.

I read the previous evaluation before booking, and I was still worried about hygiene. After I arrived, I took a look at the room hygiene. It was really clean. There was no such thing as hair. I also saw that the corridor hygiene level was B. I have also lived in several hotels around. Basically, they are all C level, this is still good, I also want to thank the front desk brother for the windowless room has not been cleaned, and the window room has been upgraded for free. The overall stay is OK, thank you.

The location is very convenient for crossing Hong Kong. It is within a ten-minute walk from Huanggang Port and two subway stops from Futian Port. The front desk is very welcoming. It is rare for this hotel to be affordable at this location and it is worth staying! The most heartwarming thing is that the room has heating and cooling air conditioning. Shenzhen has been very cold recently. The other hotels I stayed in had single cooling air conditioning. Although that hotel listed heating and cooling on the Internet, I found out after I checked in that it was single cooling. 6 degrees single cooling is really disappointing. , this heating and cooling is a genuine heating and cooling air conditioner! Don’t worry about getting cold in cold weather! Feel free to rush!
