Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Northwest

Stay here my last trip and fell in love with their services and wonderful people. This time arriving at 240 am after a long and tiring flight due to multiple delays. They process the check-in efficiently and we managed to grab some good 4 hours of sleep. Wonderful services! Breakfast has amazing choices too!

There are many beautiful hotels in Shenhzen, but don't let the exterior or interior photos fool you. I have stayed in many of them, but this Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Northwest Hotel is one of the best. So why am I writing this review? Well, because starting with the most incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff working here, from the front door man to the reception area and the cleaning crew, everyone was incredible, and they made my stay in Shenhzen so wonderful. This hotel is top-notch and kept super clean. Room pricing is well below the market compared to any five-star hotel.

Very since i went to visit a fair felt very nice close to places I. Needed to go . My room was very nice . Just felt too much noise in hallway and adjacent rooms . Will return

Good hotel for tourists, location is next to mall all amenities available on walking distance and shops and restaurants nearby also, decent American breakfast also

Nice hotel clean and spacious room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall beside the hotel too. Highly recommended.

Hotel Aircon all day and night at 25Degree super hot and stiffty.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious and well-presented meals. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Marriott hotel. The hotel provided a great combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

A beautiful hotel room with the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff were very helpful and the room was huge and comfortable. It took a while to get here from the airport but was a simple enough taxi ride.
