Davis loft international apartment (Shenzhen North Station Store)

This hotel is only a few minute walk from the train station but so disgusting and dirty. i requested a non smoking room but as soon as i turned on the AC, the room immediately reeked of cigarette smell. the floors were so dirty and covered with dust. The floors had marks which appeared to look like cigarette burn marks. the bed sheets were dirty and glasses were covered with marks.

Very clean and accurate place. Good service and amenities!

Excellent experience overall. Great value for the size of the apar**ent and location. We stayed 2 nights before heading to Guangzhou and we're very surprised how easy it is to get around from this location. Pictures were as advertised. Lots of space and great for families. Easy to get DiDi right outside the front lobby and close to downtown, lots of shopping malls and Costco! Not really walkable but I get the feeling that's just Shenzhen in general, or at least our neighborhood. With DiDi and cabs so readily available and inexpensive, we didn't need to do much walking. Also, note that the check in is actually inside one of the units, and the unit number should be in the address for the hotel. Staff was very attentive and quick to answer WeChat, which is how you request and communicate. Easy, in-app translate feature is nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Location is perfect. 3 min walk to shenzhen north station which connected you to airport and subway.

Cleanliness is not great. There were only 2 towels. Only can use 1 bathroom to shower despite having 2 bathrooms.

All was good, the hotel is near everything you need, but it lacked kitchen utensils for the guest to cook something.

It was not whole building reserved for service apar**ent, a little bit strange that your neighbour is not a tourist, they may be family, businessmen...... . But the location and facilities are good enough. Not bad, nice try. But won't try next time, as I prefer Hotel style, higher security.

Very nice and convenient location next to the station. Room was very clean and fit my expectations perfectly.

Only for one night transit travelers. Need a taxi to the central area of the city. It's just an apar**ent residential place and there is nothing much to expect. Nothing bad to claim. Receptions attitude was very good and supportive.
