JW Marriott Shenzhen

When I came to stay in this hotel in Shenzhen, the hotel's service attitude is still very good, Helen has been patiently helping me deal with various problems, the service is really good, the hotel has been open for more than ten years, the facilities are still good, the geographical location is also good, close to our company, there are a lot of subway and taxi, because I want to go shopping. There are quite a lot of Chinese restaurants near the cocopark hotel recommended by helen, and the taste is quite good. The room is clean. I will come again when I have the chance.

On this trip to the Marriott Hotel, Helen, the guest relations manager, served very well. They called us in advance to arrange the room, and the coordination of various departments of the hotel was very good. The design of the hotel is very stylish! There are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is quite good. I don't regret choosing JW Marriott Jinmao. I can not only taste delicious food, but also enjoy the scenery outside. Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!
