The place is super clean! Huge room that can fit up to 3 people by adding an extra bed. Love the amenities including the lane pool and the professional gym! Close to a plaza for decent food!

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room is spacious and super clean with modern amenities. Nespresso coffee is certainly a plus! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Yara in the front desk. Her big smile made my day! The free breakfast and executive lounge are a bonus. When I came back to the hotel and wanted to grab a bite in the evening, the mini buffet at the executive lounge comes in handy.
I wish the water pressure in the shower can be more powerful and the drainage would run faster. All in all, Shenzhenair Hotel is an outstanding hotel. I'd definitely refer to my friends and return again next time.

We were given a non smoking room but could still smell the smoke odour, we requested to change room but was informed that we have to wait two hours. A new room on a higher floor with bath tub was assigned and we were allowed to use the lounge for breakfast next morning, which was much less crowded than the restaurant on ground floor. A wide variety of Chinese and western style food was offered.

Everything is perfect, attentive service and the room is spacious, The buffet breakfast is not worth it though, the choice is limited

Stayed multiple times. Loved every bit of it. Roomy and clean, friendly front desk, nice breakfast…this hotel has all I hoped for. Also Yuki was so helpful with all my inquiries and she deserves a thumb up.
Keep it up. You are all doing a good job here.

It is a great hotel to stay in Shenzhen if you have a limited budget. The hotel is clean and they have all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that it is not walking distance from Futian High Speed Train Station.
