Very nice hotel. Clean room, all rooms have nice golf course and lake view. Silent and relax. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is tasting good. 10 mins to Vanke mall. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool is closed in Winter schedule. Also, hope to have handcraft class for kids.It would be great if there is golf + hotel package open to public on weekday.

Beautiful views! Thank you for the upgrade to a better room with clear views of the park. The beds were soft and the bathroom stunning. Delicious breakfast

The Castle Hotel is INCREDIBLE. I've been staying here for over ten years. This is one of the best values in China. Amazing restaurants for breakfast and dinner and the staff is as you expect with a world class experience. If you are in Longgang this is the only hotel you should consider for its immaculate rooms, local restaurants, management and staff. Vicky Hu has been pure gold with each visit and has gone out of her way to make a foreigner feel welcome. Thank you Vicky! Cannot wait for my next visit.

We travelled as an expat familiy. From the first moment we entered to the time that we left, everywhere, everyone and everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was well maintatined and facilities were excellent. The view was the lake with the golf course. We enjoyed playing golf as well. The restaurant buffet was fantastic. The hotel provided fruits every day to the room free of charge and the room service was amazing. Highly recommended and we will definetely stay again. A big thank to everyone.

Excellent stay at an excellent property. The breakfast is excellent. The dinner buffet at Poolside is worth the price. It even included lobster, shrimp and lamb chops. The chef showed us around and made suggestions. The best part was the large tub on the balcony. We will definitely return!

It’s a great place to stay but quite far if you intend to go daily to central Shenzhen. The hotel doesn’t accept international cards, only if it’s registered on Alipay/Wechat, luckily was and we could pay for it. The whole hotel is perfect, best breakfast I ever had in China so far.
